Great experience!

Nicole G on Apr 12, 2024

My family went away for 6 nights and it was an amazing time!! The staff was so friendly & welcoming and the property was a perfect size and not overwhelming. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was pool/partial ocean-view with an amazing large balcony. Shout out to Kimron, Rhazzor, Lettuce, Barbie, Farar, Judy ann and Suresh for making our time so fun! It was also my Dads birthday and everyone took on the celebrating to another fun level! Also Vinod the GM couldn’t be NICER! So personable to everyone on the property. We also had the chance to shuttle back and forth to the sister hotel, Blue Haven so it was great to have another beautiful resort to see/utilize with this all inclusive package.

Excellent facilities made even better by the excellent staff!

TurteD (Marin, California) on Apr 11, 2024

The resort is excellent, with lots of things to do and plenty of good food options. What makes it super special however, is the staff. It would be hard to name all the people, and really there wasn't anyone that wasn't nice. Just a few stand outs in the food service would be Marjorie, Ricar, JudyAnn, Rose and Michael. They each went out of their way to make our trip the best, remembering our special requests like no onions! In customer service, Pricila was a rock star and really made sure we were satisfied. I am embarrassed that I cannot remember our housekeepers name but she was amazing. We loved using the sailboats and the kayaks they provide, and just hanging on the beach in between our island excursions. They always make sure there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. It also was nice to go between the two resorts using their shuttle service. Disliked · The only sugar free soda they have is Coke, and that has a lot of caffeine. It would be lovely if they had sugar free Ginger Ale for those of us that have to watch our sugar and caffeine intake. Also, the included wine selection was very limited - maybe add a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Noir to the mix. It would be cool if there was one shuttle stop in the downtown area so you could visit the shops easily.

Amazing resort with great employees - tips in review

838sarathc (Princeton, New Jersey) on Apr 09, 2024

We stayed in Alexandra resort for 7 nights during our spring break in March. We LOVED our experience there - yes the beach and water activities are great, food and drinks are great, our suite was awesome (Deluxe Oceanfront Suite) but it is the people who work there that made our stay memorable. Shout out to the following: 1. Judyann - Best waitress ever! Our kids fell in love with her kindness - she went above and beyond in making sure our kids got good vegetarian meals. She even got them local coconuts and a local fruit (pomegranate) from her home. Amazing human being! 2. Sylvia - The food lady by the beach. Most flavorful food - a lot of people did not know about her food stall. A day on the beach with drinks from their beach side bar and food from Sylvia. Can’t get any better than this. 3. Corey - young man from St Lucia at the water sports station. He was so friendly and took us out on a small catamaran sailboat. Dont miss this activity - it is free and Cory will take you out on a guided tour if you don’t know sailing. 4. Skyler (bartender), the lady who books tours (don’t recall her name) by ASU were awesome too. 5. Suresh, Justin from the fish deck - amazing guys. They made an Indian food item for my wife. We met the general manager who was super friendly and introduced his family to us. He does something right to have employees like that. Some tips for people going to this resort for the first time: 1. You can book all activities from the resort and they’ll pick you up right from the beach (we did parasailing, snorkeling, banana boating everything from the beach). 2. Don’t miss Sylvia’sfood if you love Jamaican flavors. Her stall is right behind the beach bar 3. ASU buffets were great, breakfasts were awesome too. Fish deck and Black stone were great as well.

Great Customer Service

702marivid (Boston, Massachusetts) on Apr 09, 2024

This was our first time to the island. Ricar provided great service to the guests and assured that the sun would come out on the most cloudy days. The restaurants where you had to make reservations in advanced were highly recommended. Black Rock was our favorite of the three.
