Hotel is centrally located

We stayed four nights here. Though located in downtown Vancouver, the hotel facade and reception area look old. Unlike Asian hotels, we need to request for amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and water kettle as they are readily available in the room. Water pressure in the shower room is low too, probably required by the authorities to prevent water wastage. The plus point is they have an executive lounge on the 25th floor with a commanding view of the harbour and mountains. The staff at the reception and in the lounge are generally helpful and polite.

This hotel in downtown Vancouver is my all time favourite. The location, staff, lounge, rooms……everything … just love it!! As an elite member they sure step it up above and beyond. The concierge/bellman and front desk are fantastic. One of the managers, (Frank) is top notch. He made a point of making sure my stay was perfect.

Very convenient location. Excellent service. Salt and pepper chickens wing are amazing. Consistent quality every time we stay here. Maria from in room dining was considerate and positive. Would highly recommend for people wanting to stay close to the city center.

Very Nice Room

This was our second visit to the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and again, we very much enjoyed our room. Very roomy and open, and a nice layout. The bed was a bit softer than we like, but perhaps an extra firm mattress can be requested in advance. The only other small issue with the room is they only gave us 1 coffee cup. My Partner got the cup, and I fought with holding a hot glass of coffee - minor annoyance. One thing I take exception to is their additional electric vehicle charge. They wanted $58 for valet parking plus another $58 to use one of their chargers, for which they also charge an additional $10/hour. On principle, I couldn't do it. I think their $58 is more than enough, and rather than even giving them this business, ended up parking a block away for $19 for the day. As it turned out, we didn't even need a charge, but if we do in future, I might likely look to another hotel. Otherwise, we would have no problems booking into the Wall Centre again.
