3rd time to this resort and still better each time. I highly recommend the level as we were treated like gold from the first moment we walked in .. a special thanks to idiana on the level team and to Ernesto on the entertainment team … we love you and can’t wait to see you again

I was worried about the quality of the food (based on things I heard about cuba), don't be, it was good. Tried a variety of thing and I was happily surpised! The hotel is clean. The service was friendly and quick. The beach and pool clean. Lots of seating everywheres. I suggest booking excursions with hotel, better prices!

Our experience at Melia Varadero was amazing. The service we received was excellent, the staff was really great, the food was delicious, and the beach was out of this world!

Three of us mommas w our young adult children w Down Syndrome had a blast at this beautiful, clean and friendly resort. From arrival we were greeted warmly and openly accepted. The location, food, drinks, rooms on the level (highly recommend the upgrade), grounds and beach were remarkable and clean! A huge shoutout to ERNESTO from the activity department. He engage us daily with his enthusiasm and genuine care towards our kiddos to share and Experience the fun and culture. We all participated in dance lessons, games and aqua fit. Many laughs, hugs and warm daily am greetings were shared. Please look for Ernesto wile your here. He knows everything that's happening at the resort and will make your stay fun! No complaints from any of us! We will certainly be back!

This was my 3rd time staying here in the last year. There's never been any shortages and the food has been great. We have stayed here as a couple, a family with 4 generations ranging from 7 months to 70 years old, and most recently as a girls trip. Each time was exactly what we needed. The beach is beautiful (of course) and the pool is never over packed. The staff is what brings us back to this resort. There are so many amazing people who work here. The Manager, Oscar, always goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The entertainment team are full of energy and smiles, especially Luis Eduardo.
