Accent Inns Victoria

Better communication amongst staff would of given it a 5* however after poor communication amongst staff resulted in a phone call at 11 am instead of 1pm when my bosses arranged for that to be my check out time I have to give it a 4*

Excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Victoria. Conveniently located, close to everything in Victoria with its central location, shopping and hwy to ferries , to nature or up island , 5 minutes from downtown as well, the best mall is across the street, the rooms are nice and comfortable, very clean and taken care of, secure and safe, friendly and you get a free rubber duck , the Accent Inn in Victoria is the place to stay for the travelling business person, the family , or just someone like me waiting to get into my new apartment. Thank you

We chose the Accent Inn in Victoria because given the Covid times we wanted a layout that would allow us to bring a takeout dinner back to the room without having to sit on a bed and eat. The Junior Suite gave us a full sofa and arm chair and table to comfortably lounge in, and to eat dinner in, for only a few dollars more than their regular motel room that would have had beds but no sitting area. No other hotel could beat their price for that configuration (believe me, I looked). Got the BCBuddies deal. After that, everything else was gravy, but the bed was so comfortable, the room was really quiet because the bed nook was tucked behind the seating area and therefore you didn't hear any parking lot or voice noise, and it had every amenity you could want - a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle, USB plugs EVERYWHERE including in the alarm clock (my husband was over the moon and wants to get the same clock). Recharging is often such a pain in hotel rooms but this room had been so well thought out. Parking was free and not an issue, and the reception staff were so helpful and friendly at check-in and again later in our stay. And the kicker - Bin 4 was the restaurant attached to the hotel, where we picked up the BEST BURGERS EVER, 30 seconds from our room. Could not have asked for a better stay. Was such a pleasant surprise. Will be back.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms are clean and spacious and its close to everything.we have stayed here a few times and will continue to stay when in Victoria. The area is great for walking and there are many options for shopping and dining.

Even with COVID 19 blocking everything the staff was exceptional at service and friendliness.I was always greeted even at distances! The staff “checked in” to make sure I was taken care of. As COVID 19 has us all reeling the staff here were still helpful and tried to make sure I was taken care of.
