When you’re ready to check out, just select “Pay Monthly” as your payment method, complete a short application, and receive a quick decision. Choose the terms of your payment plan, finish checking out, and enjoy your purchase.

Booking online at https://www.WestJet.com and select the “Pay Monthly” option as your payment method at checkout, which will provide a short application to fill out. The determination is immediate.

Yes! Although you do need to allow a few days between completing booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever - even before you're all paid off.

Price decreases: 

Refunds (within 24hrs from booking): Guests can change/cancel their trip through Manage Trips, and any residual funds will be refunded to the guest’s original form of payment. Reach out to WestJet’s Contact Centre for additional support with these changes and refunds.

Refunds (after 24hrs from booking): The loan through Uplift remains active, and payments are still due. Depending on the guest’s fare bundles, if there are residual funds, refunds will go into the guest’s travel bank. Reach out to WestJet’s Contact Centre for additional support with these changes and refunds.

Price increases:

Any increases in total price are to be paid separately by the guest through Manage Trips or by reaching out to the Contact Centre.

No. Using Uplift must be done at the time of booking.   

Yes. When WestJet Rewards members use Uplift as form of payment, regular tier qualifying spend accrual rules apply. (https://www.westjet.com/en-ca/rewards/tiers).

Yes. However, cardholders will not earn the additional 0.5% back in WestJet dollars for flights or vacation packages made with WestJet or WestJet Vacations, as this is calculated separately when payments are made directly to WestJet and is in addition to the WestJet dollars earned on everyday purchases. No. Uplift cannot be combined with other forms of payment.
