Brickell Bay Beach Club & Spa

I found Brickell Bay last minute, when my original hotel arrangements fell through. I was searching for a hotel, and wanted something quiet and adult only. That’s exactly what Brickell Bay is! The service is top-notch! All of the staff are welcoming and attentive. The location is near everything. All of the great restaurants, and the entrance is literally a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. The beach is shared, but the area reserved for Brickell Bay is nice. I got there early, and Brandon disinfected and set up a lounger for me. To get to the beach, you basically walk out the front entrance, across the street and down a street that dead ends to the beach entrance. The street does have a lot going on (trash piled up, no sidewalk -you literally walk along the street, people sitting in cars with loud music...but that area really has nothing to do with Brickell Bay. They don’t have any control over that area. Keep that in mind.) I liked that the hotel was small, with only four floors (elevator was quick). The hot, daily, complimentary breakfast was good (which you don’t find very often during COVID)! The ladies (Sunshine, Monique and Pricilla) kept the food hot, and attended to any requests. And the areas clean. I constantly saw housekeeping on my floor. I got a massage with Helen at The Orchid Spa, which was literally at the pool of the hotel. She is very knowledgeable about spa services, and gave me a great massage experience! Don at the front desk was awesome, and always had an answer for any of my questions. He made my check in easy and smooth. Cindy, the bartender at the pool bar, was outstanding! She made sure the bar area stayed clean, and she was so welcoming and fun! The pool is a nice size. Not too big. The hotel works with the lab located behind the hotel (easy access), for COVID testing (you have to pay, but get a discount from staying at the hotel) requirements to return to the US. My room was a nice size. Actually bigger than the other chain hotels I’ve been to. My room had a ceiling fan above the bed and an AC unit (which was great to keep the room cool). It also had a safe in the closet, and bathrobes. The bed was comfy. And the shower water had great pressure and was hot. I’ll definitely be staying at Brickell Bay on my next visit to Aruba! Stayed here a year and a half ago the price was great and in a perfect location to all the restaurants and night life, short walk to the beach not bad everyone is very nice and welcoming to their guests. Been to this island well over 15-20 times and have never had any problems and I feel very safe here

This is an awesome spot! In the heart of Aruba near all the best bars and restaurants in the country and are super welcoming! The room is very specious, clean and the staff are super attentive, helpful and make sure everyone feels safe and sound!

The option for daypass was a fabulous idea. We were able to spend a daypass with our son and wife who were there on weekendstay and everything that was included was for real so, welcome drink, breakfast buffett, personal pizza , towels to enjoy the pool and around a very relaxing and great atmosphere. We were very happy with the excellent service you guys have thank you so much for your great attention.

My baby accidentally put a towel on their chairs before we went swimming. They took the towel in their shed and when my husband asked for it back the black said when you put something on our chairs is not yours anymore. My husband shows him the other paired towel, that guy wouldn’t return it. He looked very stoned. Then my husband went and grabbed our towel and the guy attacked him(filmed on my video). We called the police and the guys jumped in their car and flew the scene. Beware of this place!
