Nice hotel in the perfect location. Breakfast was good and friendly staff. Indoor parking is a nice bonus. Bathrooms are small and building is a little outdated but overall comfortable stay for a ski weekend in Banff.

We stayed here due to an uncomfortable airbnb so it was such a relief we had such a smooth experience! The beds were comfy, the room and hotel itself was clean and easy to locate, free underground parking, very friendly staff, free breakfast and a great downtown location, walkable to many great shops and restaurants! Great value!!

Hotel room was dirty and staff incredibly rude. Also not enough parking for everyone. We’re in a pandemic and the security came up and did not respect the 6ft apart rule- at 10:30 to complain about noise to 2 - 30 year old adults. I would not recommend.

I have enjoyed my stay at this inn. Why? Room clean and comfy. Great price. Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Underground parking. Meatball Restaurant is tasty so don’t need to go far for good food. Why not? No reason to not come back. I will stay here again. Thanks

We planned to stay 2 night originally , but plans changed, the manager was awesome to deal with and we will be returning to use our second night later in the year We so excited room was super clean , bed was extremely comfortable . Breakfast was delicious , they followed all safety measure but still made you feel welcome . It a close walk to venture into town . We throughly enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to our next visit .
