Myself and my husband came for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had the best time ever! From the location to the hotels decor, the food, staff, spa, rooms and the list goes on, this hotel is a definite 10/10 . We had a butler who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The poolside was my favourite place to be with the swim up bar and amazing heated infinity pool that overlooks the Caribbean Sea with the bluest water. I would 100% stay there again and again.

We stayed at LeBlanc in April 2024 and had a wonderful time. Joel and Marco are butlers took care of every need really great questions and insured. We would wake up with the field fridge extra towels and any bookings we need for the day. I would definitely recommend, LeBlanc resort and spa for the spa alone. The spa was one of the nicest that I have ever visited. I hope to go back soon.

Okay, the wife and I have been to several all-inclusive resorts in Cancun. The original Grand Caribe, Paradisus, Live Aqua, Secrets, & the Sun Palace. (in that order) Le Blanc was clearly the best of these. We honeymooned at the Paradisus, totally loved it, and felt like we gradually upgraded on each resort we went to afterwards. For our 10th anniversary I decided to treat this wife of mine to what Trip advisor was saying is the best of all all-inclusive resorts. After staying for 5 nights I can only agree wholeheartedly. Was our best vacation ever. Since I mentioned the other very nice resorts I've been to, I'll now explain how Le Blanc put itself above the rest. It's quite simple actually, they managed to make everything I enjoyed about the other resorts just a little bit better. What I love the most about doing the all-inclusive thing is the quality of food you receive at these places. I could delve into each specific restaurant at Le Blanc, which we really really enjoyed, but I only want to focus on the last 2 we dined at, Lumiere (French) & Yama (Japanese). The 1st was experience more then just great food, and the 2nd (which I can't lie I kind of lean toward that style) was the best meal I've ever had. All the resorts I've been to have the excellent friendly staff and the nonstop cleanliness, which is also the #1 priority here, but it's the butler amenity that changed the game for me this time. Other resorts also have this option, like Paradisus for example, that come at an extra charge. What I didn't realize when I booked this trip is that the butler service was also included in the package. We would have had an excellent time, and the food would still have been fabulous, but Rosa (morning shift) and Eduardo (evening shift) just gave our stay that little extra. Like Eduard said, they were the cherry on top! I would love to visit this resort again in the future, and I'm positive all the other butlers are as attentive as ours were, but I wouldn't want to go back unless I knew they were the 2 taking care of us. Trip Advisors rating on the resort can't be anything other than a 10 out of 10.

Le Blanc Cancun is the most relaxing resort we have been to. The staff are not bothersome but always there to make sure your every wish is covered. Our driver Manuel picked us up and safely got us to the resort while having a great conversation and pointing out interesting spots during the trip. We were met by Roberto at the front door with a welcome drink, cooling towel and flowers. He was also a life saver as he met us after every morning run with a cold bottle of water and cool towel. ( Real life save!!) We then met our concierge Thalia who checked is in quickly and had all of our dinner and spa requests booked and confirmed. The staff are truly the gems of the resort: Pool concierges Yessica Lucinda has chairs for us every day and we’re always there with water and laughs. Spa treatments with Alan and Guadalupe for hydrotherapy and massages with Juliette, Pauline, Alondra and Juana were fantastic, The butler team of Rossy and Eduardo made sure our amazing room had everything we could ask for. Any request was quickly completed and they kept us up to date with the days activities. The food is beyond belief amazing! Yama manager Alejandra has a wonderful staff who are incredible. Herman, Miguel, Christian, Gerardo and Chef Freddy made our 3 meals there a treat. Funny, attentive staff with delicious food! We were treated like royalty and can’t thank them enough for making our vacation special. Lumiere the French restaurant with Carlos, Geronimo and Carlos (#2) presented each master piece form the kitchen with great descriptions, suggestions and great interaction!! Bella has a great atmosphere and Bryan and Anna made the evening memorable. Their conversations coupled with delicious food ensures a memorable night. Blanc steak house has wonderful. Steaks cooked to perfections….compliments to the chefs. Jerri and Jorge were wonderful waiters and treated us like a king and queen. The manger of the hotel has assembled a staff beyond compare and anyone who visits will be pampered, relaxed and made to feel that they are the most important person at the resort. We will return!!!

The resort is impeccable. All the great reviews set our expectations high, and we were not disappointed. Every aspect of our stay was perfection, but I need to make a special recommendation to our personal LeBlanc wedding planner, Elizabeth Marquez del Real! She listened so well and worked so hard to create the "wedding for two" we wanted. Although it was just the two of us for the big day, she found a way to make our intimate and simple affair elegant and unforgettable. We couldn't have done it without you, Elizabeth! I highly recommend Le Blanc if you're considering a destination wedding or for the perfect honeymoon. They will take great care of you.
