We just got home from this great condo yesterday. We stayed in 904 studio and it was clean, great view, and had everything we needed. King bed was great and the balcony was best part for setting, eating, and viewing. If and when we come back to Hawaii we will stay here again. We had a great 43rd. anniverary!!

We rented a VRBO room and the 2 bedroom was perfect. It had a full kitchen but we never used it due to the easy location within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. This was an amazing panoramic view. We were able to walk everywhere without a rental car. If you want to stay in the busy Waikiki beach this is perfect.

My mom and I were staying at a studio here (1005?) during our visit to Oahu. Yes, the amenities are very limited (no pool, no BBQ grills, limited hotel service, tight parking spots) However, the view is AMAZING from our unit. We had an unobstructed view of the beach and the Friday night fireworks. We could hear the crashing waves at night. We ended up cooking many breakfasts/dinners at our unit and enjoyed our meals in the balcony. A similar meal with the same view probably would cost hundreds of dollars per person. The unit itself is a bit dated, but clean. The bathroom has no A/C and ventilation is through a window. The lanai furniture was a bit worn down. There is no dishwasher in our unit. It did not diminish our enjoyment of the resort because of its excellent location. When we were there the stretch of the Waikiki that the hotel is located at was pretty quiet. The beach though was a bit rocky, so wear water shoes if you want to venture far into the waters. The property is scheduled to undergo renovation in the near future. I hope they won't raise the price too high after the work is completed. The value of this condo resort is great if you don't need all the bells and whistles of a hotel/resort. I definitely have no problem recommending or going back for another stay. Also, the front desk staff, especially Ryan, is super friendly and helpful.

When I tell you this is the ONLY place I'd ever stay when I get back to Hawaii...…..I mean it! Tommy Tran is definitely host with the most! When I booked this condo--Room 900--Tommy was in communication with me from that moment until I checked out. He gives you every contact name and number for anything you could ever need. We used his Limo driver, Eric Huynh with Saigon Limousine Hawaii Service. Eric was so informative...….and was just flat fun to be with. No request is too big or too small. He took us by (and waited on all 7 of us) the one stop grocery/liquor store on our way to the condo. Helped get all our bags up to our place--and asked us to call him for anything we might need. Room 900 is right on the beach...….right in the middle of the action on Waikiki Beach. All 7 of us slept there comfortably...and had a front desk phone number that was quick to bring you anything you might need such as extra towels, blankets, clothes washing soap, etc. Having a washer/dryer combo was an added benefit! We cooked breakfast most every day--and there were plenty of pots/pans and plates/utensils for us all. There's a full fridge and washing machine as well. The complex is next door to Fort De Russy--which is groomed beautifully and has a great museum that is free to the public. The complex doesn't have a pool.....but you have free access to the pool and spa at the Outrigger Reef Hotel just steps away next door. There is also a nice restaurant there to get reasonably priced food. I highly recommend that you give Tommy Tran (510/774-7047) and/or Erich Huynh (808/393-8051) a call and book a trip ASAP! Please tell them I recommended them both! :) Thanks! Pat Ford
