First, I'd like to start with the staff at this hotel. All staff were professional, friendly, accommodating, and prompt. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I received the same warm welcome each time I visited. The hotel is conveniently located one block from the beach, is directly across from the zoo, and is surrounded with beach, dining, drink, and entertainment options. My room was modern, clean, and most importantly - comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The Queen Kapiolani celebrated Aloha from the moment I arrived until the moment I left after my recent 2 week stay. The service and guest experience was exceptional in every way. Len greeted this tired and jet lagged guest with warmth, giving me an access key for the facilities and the wifi code so I could get into holiday mode precheck in. That set the tone for all of my wonderful encounters with the amazing team at the Queen K. Thank you to Kimberly for arranging an exceptional rate and a wonderful room on the highest floor and of course for the Deck voucher to celebrate the last day of my trip, amazing! I am truly grateful. Theresa, thank you making my stay feel like home. Your warmth and sincerity enrich an already wonderful experience. Did I mention Theresa repaired my suitcase that had been damaged at the airport! That is going above and beyond, thank you. Jocelyn it is always a delight to see you and thanks for finding me the best rate airport taxi service in town! It is these personal touches that make a stay at the Queen Kapiolani exceptional. Thank you to Kawai, Calvin and all the bell desk team, always friendly and full of local tips and suggestions.
