The only problem we had was the parking. It was way too far. It took 3-5 just to get to our room from the elevator. And then from the elevator to our car at least 10 minutes. Other than that it was great!

Stayed in this suite twice, and it is huge! Has a large separate bedroom with a jacuzzi. There is enough room to sleep 12 or more people if you bring air beds. Has a separate bar area with a fridge and tv, a large dining table and great views of the Las Vegas Strip and Bellagio fountains. These suites are at the end of the hallway so no noise from people throwing parties in the adjacent rooms. Now Bally's is not a high end hotel, stay at Ceasars Palace or Bellagio for that but there is no better value than this suite. Great location, great restaurants including Hell's Kitchen nearby.

Website indicated newly renovated so thought we could stay at Ballys again. Sure , the shower was new, but the furnishings are old. Some of the pool lounge chairs were broken, the pool was closed one day due repairs, walked over to Paris pool, and no chairs available. At check in, ARI was rude when we asked about the resort fee for the first day since we didn't check in until well after 11PM. Too many resorts to stay here the next time.

    My favorite place to stay

I've stayed at Ballys many times. It's my favorite place to stay for several reasons. I didnt originally plan to stay at Ballys this trip, because I'm only Platinum, so even with comped rooms, I have to pay resort fees. Most other comp offers I use dont charge resort fees. I dont mind staying at several properties on my 8 night visits. So, the last 3 nights of my recent trip, I had reservations at the Orleans. What we enjoy is playing keno in the morning and sitting in our room, in jammies, with coffee and a couple smokes, watching the keno #s on our tv. The Orleans recently got rid of all smoking rooms, so I wasnt excited about staying there. The day of check in, i went to Ballys to see if they had smoking rooms available. No one would help me at the counter, since it's all kiosk check on now. A worker told me i had to go use one of the near by black phones and call reservations. I stayed on hold 10 minutes and became aggravated. I went to the diamond check in and there were no customers. I asked the gentleman working there if he could have someone help me find out if i could get a smoking room for the next 3 nights. I informed him right away that I was only platinum. The gentleman got on the phone and made some calls and got me a smoking room, in the jubilee tower, at the end of the hall, with a beautiful view of Bellagio Fountains and the Eiffel Tower. I had to pay for the 3rd night and those darn resort fees, but I was so happy with his help and my room. I tipped him and walked away with a smile. Please dont get rid of the smoking rooms Ballys!!! They are my favorite rooms, and I love the Jubilee tower since it's right by the keno. We also won in the casino here 2 trips in a row!!
