All the staff created an amazing experience. The suite was fantastic. Great view. Huge bathroom. Our dealers and service staff were exceptional. Big shout out to them. It was our best Vegas experience ever.

Was hoping for better but not a bad stay

The Hard Rock Hotel was actually quite disappointing to me in a lot of ways. I mean it wasn't all bad, but I hope that the new owners will do better than the current ones. First of all - i know all Vegas hotels have a resort fee, but it's stupid. Just call a spade a spade and charge the full amount nightly and forget the stupid resort fee. What started out as an awesome $56 a night stay, turned into a $92 a night stay with the exorbitant resort fee. And really what was that fee for? Because the pools in our tower were closed - it was 85 degrees outside so dont try to claim "winter" or that it was cold. It wasn't at all cold. They had NO water in the vending machine on our floor - possibly on any floor - because it was only 2.50 in the machine, and it was obvious they wanted you to pay $6 in their stores downstairs. That's just rude. No refrigerator in the room so no way to have leftovers so all the overpriced food we ate had to be thrown out if we didnt finish it. The shower barely got more than mildly warm most days, not really sure what was up with that. The pressure was so wimpy I dont know how anyone with thick hair could possibly wash their hair without it taking 20 minutes to shower so they could rinse everything out. They've moved the cafe to the strip which really takes away from the hotel; you expect the cafe to be there as well. It was just all around disappointing. I had to go to the front desk to get a charge removed for something in the minibar area - we didnt touch any of that ridiculously priced stuff but apparently they have sensors and because we accidentally knocked something over it charged us for it! That was a waste of time. We were kicked off the wifi after check out, which i guess is probably normal but just felt like something else to be disappointed about. One other thing was how rude it was to shove everyone out the door at the Raiding the Rock Vault show. If there was a 2nd show they had to clean for, it would be understandable, but i was literally mid-sentence and being pushed out the door. I paid to be there and I feel that the security need to be told to let someone finish a sentence, and to please ASK them to move towards the door. Now it was clean - no complaints in the clean department. the housekeeping staff were SO polite and so quick and definitely no complaints there. Front desk staff were very nice, but they didn't convey our late checkout to housekeeping - not housekeeping's fault. they were very gracious. Bar staff at the pool were great. it wasn't a horrible experience, but it just wasn't what i expected from the hotel.

Snow Patrol May 2019 Had the concert hotel package and it was great! Nice Room (Paradise Tower). Great Service with late check out! Good Food at Pink Taco! Love the Venue - The Joint is great - big but still intimate with all seats having a good view of stage. Love the acoustics here too! Drinks are reasonable and it is one of my favorite places to see concerts! Hotel packages are reasonable and makes it a lot more fun! Pools are very nice too!

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Oct 3rd - 6th. Our room was upgraded to a suite for $30 extra (well worth the money) which provided us a beautiful view of the pool and a nice sitting area for the four other people who met us in Vegas. The rooms were clean and roomy with plenty of natural light. The lights in the room were a little tricky but we figured it out. The food at the hotel was delicious (Pink Taco, Mr. Lucky's) and affordable. We visited Dunkin Donuts several times a day for a Chai Latte (Yum!). From the front desk at check-in to the employees at the desk in the HRH Tower ALL were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We had an absolute BLAST the afternoon we spent at the pool prior to our friends wedding. We snagged lounge chairs right next to the water and also spent plenty of time in the pool. The sandy bottom was unique and the water was warm. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool bar even though it was pricey. The drinks were delightful and I have recreated the Skinny Twisted Lemonade at home. I would like to try to recreate the shots - we tried 2 out of the 4 on the menu at what we dubbed our friend's unofficial bachelorette party - and we are still talking about how good they were. Someone send me a photo of the shot part of the pool menu please :) After finally finding our favorite place to stay in Vegas (we liked being off the strip, smaller casino, plenty of people but not so many that you felt crowded, good restaurants, friendly bartenders - especially the day bartender at the bar closest to the front doors - helpful and frendly staff, clean restrooms), we hope that the change in ownership only enhances the good things about this Hotel. It was the first time we partied like Rock Stars in many years and we hope to do it again.

The only good thing about this hotel was the amazing valet parkers- sad to say. It is obvious they have not put a penny into this place (AND I stayed at the supposedly "newer" suites in the Hard Rock Suites tower. From the faded and non working buttons on the phones, to the constant creaking and banging of the glass windows and air conditioning vents, to the not giving a sh#t attitude of the concierge, front desk and non existent management, there is nothing positive to say about this hotel aside from the great doormen/valets. My electric scooter broke on the second day and after asking concierge if I could rent one, she organized one for me for $45/day (good deal) but none of the Ubers or Lyfts or taxis (and yes I paid extra when ordering the largest ones possible) would put it in their vans, so I never got to use it. As a result, I asked concierge to borrow one and she told me I was not allowed to bring it out of the hotel or casino. Being handicapped this would mean I could go nowhere. One of the fabulous valets allowed me to take it so I could go to the conference I was there for and also meet up with some friends who flew in from out of town to be with me. Also, when I called Yellow Scooters from whom the scooter was rented, they told me they had foldable travel scooters that I could have rented...it was too late at that point and I as very disappointed the concierge did not tell me this- even though I told her I was returning it early since I could not take it anywhere. there was nothing positive about this hotel- it is off the strip and costs a fortune to get to the strip with uber and Lyft travel, and I sure hope Richard Branson fires everyone except the doormen and valets and turns this place around. There is no coffee machine in suites-m if you ship something to yourself they will charge you a hefty fee to receive it, and won't deliver it to you either.....there are too many other amazing hotels for you to even consider this place. I wouldn't even stay there if the rooms were free~!!!! I am hoping Mr. Branson does his usual magic but imagine he can only do the if he tears the place down and rehires and trains staff and only keeps valet and doormen, as I have said many times. Also, pools close at 5pm and they will nickel and dine your or everything. I have stayed at four other hotels in Vegas and this was the worst!!!! I have never given a bad review like this and have traveled the world.Beware!!
