Poor timing having workers block 1/2 of hallway were the elevators. Also elevators got stuck then after a while they went to every floor. No one was waiting to take the elevator. You don't do this kind of work at 8 sm when everyone was leaving to go to SEMA

Our room was nice. Overall ok experience at the time, although there was a lot of construction and the hotel was at the end of the strip (stayed here for a conference). I was extremely disappointed after the fact. We had a $85 fee on our credit card for "late check out" that did not occur. I had a phone call that there were items in the room (I was in the conference), so my husband was given a key to the room to go and check. He went to the room and no items. Now I am being told that a key was issued at 12:54pm and that verifies late check out - no way, you called us to say there were items. There were none. Are housekeeping and staff in cahoots to charge more? I am very disappointed and will file a dispute with my credit card as your customer service was awful and less than helpful.

The hotel is currently undergoing a massive renovation and construction. I was not advised of that when I booked. This is an off-strip hotel that is not particularly convenient to anything, but it is right on the monorail. My first impression of the hotel was poor, when my uber dropped me off in what was essentially a parking garage. While I expect that hotels would not want uber at their front door, dropping guests off in a good location is essential for a positive first impression. Instead, I took a very long walk through construction and the casino, finally finding the registration desk in a poorly marked area. Upon check in, I was notified my tower was under construction, and would I like to upgrade? The price for this went from $30 to the $15 a night I finally accepted, then learned my other colleagues got it for free. I also object to the very high resort fee of $40/nt. In reality, the pool was closed the whole time I was there due to "high winds" and the wifi barely worked in the room and had constant outages. There was no ethernet cable offered in the room as an alternative. The desk was difficult to work on because it was oddly shaped and had a strange "stacked" offset surface. As is the case with pretty much all hotels, there were not enough outlets. The sink must have been clogged, as it took a very long time to drain, and the water pressure in the shower was also poor. I don't really have anything good to say about this property except that it was clean.

I stayed at SLS/Sahara twice in 2019. This hotel is located on the north end of the strip which is centered between Fremont and the south end of the strip. There is a Walgreens directly across the street which is open 24 hours. We have stayed in the Blanca and Marra Towers which were extremely clean. Complimentary water is provided in the rooms. Staff is courteous. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Blanc de Blanc is a new show that is risqué and riveting. VIP hot tub seating is recommended for bachelor/bachelorette parties. Seating selection should be based on desired interaction with the cast. (Disclaimer: this show is intended for a mature audience). Jeff is an asset to Blanc de Blanc and Club 101. He is the definition of hospitality. Club 101 is upscale night life offering a DJ, free admission, and special drink pricing.

Clean and beautiful, a bit off the Strip, but lacks the Sahara theme

We stayed for a night and the hotel seemed newly renovated, the room was beautiful and ver modern in style. We had a fantastic view of the Stratosphere Tower just next to the hotel. Could be better if the rooms were decorated in a Sahara theme. Good to explore both, the Strip and the downtown of Las Vegas, Not the best to be near the Strip
