First time staying at Wynn since their sister company Encore was closed during the week we were there. We always loved our stay at Encore and we’re always satisfied, unfortunately I can’t say the same with Wynn. First off their room was really nice and elegant everything elapse was fine except for this three unissued we had during our stay. 1) Hallways in our room smelled like marijuana ever time we go down during early mornings to play in the casino it goes away though after housekeeping do their cleaning schedule. 2) we encountered an issue in their cafe when a middle aged guy cut in front of the s and went straight to the cashier and when we told the cashier she actually argued with us telling us the the man had a lot of points on his rewards card. No apologies was given on her part not exactly what we expected from a luxury resort. 3) went to get a replacement rewards card from the cashier since their rewards center was not open till 9am. Two cashiers we’re working that morning and when one of them was done with her customer she briefly looked at my direction but did not acknowledge me I waited for few more minutes waiting for her to call me while she wasn’t doing anything, when she sees her manager came out from back door that was the only time she acknowledged me and finally called to help me. Since she saw me waiting in line she could have said “we’ll be with you in a moment” you know acknowledged that she knows your waiting at least. As a conclusion the hotel itself is nice and elegant I can’t say the same though with the service we received and the treatment we got from their employees, sad.

I just returned from a 3 night stay at Wynn and sadly feel as though they are having trouble maintaining pre-COVID levels of service. I've previously stayed with Wynn or Encore 8 or more times and come to expect a high quality of service. The resort itself is well maintained and housekeeping kept the room spotless. The front desk appears to be understaffed which seems to be poor planning by management as they should be aware of expected reservation arrivals. The wait in the queue to check in on Wednesday evening was over 40 minutes with three desk attendants working. I will say the the gentleman processing my check-in did apologize for the wait and was very friendly and professional. I had a similar experience on Friday morning when I needed to return due to the room key not working. There is no desk for current guests to approach for such issues and I had to wait 20 minutes in line to get another key. It seems that most areas of the hotel are also understaffed. Due to COVID restrictions, it is important to make reservations in advance if you plan to eat on property. This is the time we live in and not a fault of the property. I found when I stayed at Wynn last fall that this includes reservations for breakfast. I think it may be helpful if Wynn notified guests in advance and/or at check-in to remind them not to delay in seeking advance reservations for all meals. The other capacity restriction that I was not made aware of is the pool. If you plan to spend time at the pool on Saturday, you MUST get to the pool by 10:00 am. I arrived at 10:30 after breakfast and there was already a waiting list. After an hour I asked the pool desk attendant if there was a possibility of getting to the pool that day and she indicated that it was unlikely or after 4:00 pm perhaps. I was able to pay $75 to go to Encore Beach Club pool. I applaud Wynn for following strict safety protocols but they do know how many guests they are expecting and should be prepared to staff accordingly. They should also provide more information on the best way to gain access to resort amenities. I'm sure I will return to Wynn/Encore in the future but not until they've had some time to get staffing levels back up to expected standards for this resort. The staff that are present are great. There's just not enough of them.

We just got back from a 6 night stay at the Wynn, where had booked for three other families to join us for a total of 3 rooms at 6 nights each March 21-27 2021. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had truly entered a magical oasis just off the strip and found luxurious touches throughout our stay. AMEX FHR booking included a great rate with the third night free booking and all the perks. We did have some issues with all the FHR reconciliation but Chad, office manager at Tower suites (where we all had been upgraded to reside for our stay), took care of most of these items. He was so professional and understanding. I think his service stood out as well as that of Ji, another staff member. This was our first trip since the pandemic (our fourth stay at the Wynn) and we were so impressed with their adherence to covid safety standards, including strict enforcement of mask use. They even had sanitizer wipes and gel waiting for us in the room. We absolutely loved the pool and found it surprisingly quite empty. The pools were heated to 82 degrees and serviced with pool side attendants, which meant we could enjoy using it in the late mornings with lunch and snacks at the pool. The lake of dreams shows were so beautiful and our kids never tired of watching them from a wonderful view behind the registration foyer. We did miss the frog signing Garth Brooks’ I got friends in low places song, but the emoji show never got old singing I got you babe. The restaurants were each delicious, from the chocolate flower pot insanely decadent chocolate cake at Jardin, to the sea bass for brunch at Tableau, to the Wazuzu Rock shrimp and perfectly prepared spicy tuna sushi! Urth caffe cannot be missed as I am already craving their Spanish latte with almond milk. All in all, a truly luxurious 360 experience at the Wynn Tower suites during spring break and we will most certainly be back!!!

Went with my grandparents to the Wynn for 3 days. They booked the tower suite and had a check in time of 3pm. They arrived at 4pm today and the staff made them wait 3 hours in the lobby to get a room ready. The worst part is they ended up giving them a room thats lower quality and cheaper to book online! Worst experience Ive had In Vegas!
