    Patricia was the lady that helped us prior to our stay and during our stay at Casa del Mar. We had a couple of major request that made a huge positive difference in our stay! Patricia and the folks at Casa del Mar far exceeded our request!!! One of the request I will mention: We had reserved a rental car at the airport and to make a long story short they tried to charge us over $900 for one week that included insurance. Totally discussed we took a limo to the resort and ask Patricia to help us with a rental car. The next day she came up with a rental that cost us $300 for the week. There was a shortage of cars but she was able to get us one and at a very fair price. We received great service and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and very nice, It was especially nice out by the infinity pool watching beautiful birds fly in and out of the gorgeous flowers. We also felt very safe at the resort as they took every precaution for everyones health. Oh and when you go you will want to get up and see the sunrise around 6:30AM. Each one is simply breath taking and a masterpiece by our Creator!

    Where to begin? We arrived at the resort and were at first directed back to the security booth to retrieve our keys, then we were redirected back to the front desk as we were not the correct guest for the keys at the security booth. We were shown to our room after a quick grocery run without any of our luggage, which was supposed to be right behind us. Upon arriving at the building we found furniture piled everywhere and the building was literally ripped apart by construction crews. Upon being brought to our room (which we booked a two bedroom) I was astonished to see that we were place in a one bedroom, without a functioning air conditioner, no wifi, an inoperable refrigerator a hot tub that was cold and the jets didn't operate. I went to call down to the front desk and discovered our phone were also inoperable. Then we noticed that we didn't have hot water when we tried to take a shower. I then walked over to the front desk to speak with Ivan about our issues. I was told that was the only unit they had and they would have everything fixed and our bags sent over. Long story short, nobody came with our belongings and no service technician arrived after an hour and a half. I then drove over to the front desk where my girlfriend and I loaded our luggage into the car by ourselves (which is concerning from a customer service and security perspective) . I asked again about when the laundry list of issues would be addressed and was again told that someone was on the way. As we moved our luggage from the car and into the building it hit me, we were the only folks in the building. Literally every other room was completely demolished. We were planning on hosting Thanks giving and now had no place to put our guests, despite paying for two bedrooms we were in a one bedroom with one king bed for 6 people. The room was uninhabitable and was a risk for my 4 year old nephew and 6 year old niece who would be arriving the next day. We spent the night and made alternative accommodations and checked out without any compensation from Casa Del Mar. Of and when we checked out at 11 am the next day we still did not have any our our issues resolved. PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE STAY ANTWHERE ELSE!!!

    Oceanfront Paradise, Great staff and Food

    Casa Del Mar is a unique property that is so safe and secure. The Hotel takes Covid 19 VERY seriously and sterilizes all facilities regularly. Masks are required at all times unless you are eating, drinking or self distanced in a pool lounge. Foot bathes and temperature checks upon arrival. I was most impressed! The food has been amazing! The staff is so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend! The views are stunning and grounds impeccable. We will be back soon. The perfect place to self isolate!

    I had a bad experience from October 22-25 2020 ,is a classic time shared hotel shark , hunting , they charged me 240 Dlls for a third person in a doble room when we paid for a two room , in total four persons ,my reservation included breakfast and they didn't respected that , they never take care of the third person like extra towels , mini bar was broke at my room and in two day we miss hot water in shower . personal has no experience to speak with customers ,except manager I never in my life coming back again to that old place Jesus Gabriel Lozano

    Amazing stay at Casa del Mar in Los Cabos!

    My wife and I just wrapped up our four day & three-night stay at the Casa del Mar Boutique Resort & Spa. Our stay was amazing in every way possible. I'm sure it helped that the resort was nearly empty due to the current pandemic. The concierges were helpful and didn't try and shmooze us into anything unnecessary. The room and pools were beautiful and the view...breath-taking. I will definitely consider returning to this spot again, especially if our Worldmark location remains closed due to COVID
