The service was amazing. Karina Melo, Yamilet Pérez, and Freddy Morales were the best workers. They helped me to get directions and made incredible drinks. They made me feel like I’m at home. The food is vert delicious and eating never ends.

Kenji is an amazing server and super helpful !! Learning so much about this beautiful area and all the great attractions. Recommend Barcelo to anyone who wants to truly relax and have a refreshing vacation away from all the hustle and bustle.

Over all pretty nice resort. The pool bartenders were amazing and kept the drinks flowing. Food was ok not a huge selection but overall ok. Rooms were clean. About the only complaint I would have is we upgraded to an ocean view but a palm tree was in our way. Easy walking distance to a few things down the road. Would definitely book here again.

Leonardo provided explanations service. He was timely, friendly, efficient and personable. He was a sincere host who was considerate, and kind. He provided a great service, and an amazing coffee talent service. Leonardo, we think you are top notch sir, thank you for your service!!! Had a great time at Jicama restaurant. Alejandro and manager Victor took great care of us. They accomodated us and treated us to flaming Mexican coffee. Overall resort was good. front lobby staff could do better in terms of getting guests situated
