Beautiful place, along with beaches and pools. We saw whales every day from the beach and from our room. The spa is incredible! We love the food and drinks but especially the amazing service. Jorge and Juan among others took great care of us all week.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights (sorry they were not more.. ) with our son and daughter and we're truly blown away by the beauty of Los Cabos, the amazing food at the hotel (best at an all inclusive property we have ever had) but most particularly at the courtesy and "YES" to everything attitude each and every members of the entire staff had!! Where can I start when everything and everyone was exceptional... well at the very beginning. Valet staff was courteous and professional to the last detail, took our bags out of the vehicle in a flash and delivered them to our room not without giving us first a full and detailed description of the property in detailed, funny and attentive manner. Front desk staff gave us a cocktail and damp face towels and provided a very warm welcome... they really helped us in every single detail and had a fantastic attitude toward our endless queries. Bar and restaurants staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly at the Peninsula, the sushi place. We arrived at closing time at the Peninsula one day, as my 4 year old had a horrible Mac & Cheese craving, no problem, they prepared it with a smile. Wanted a special type of cebiche preparation at the Cevicheria, no problem. My wife left her purse at the Sushi place (which was truly delicious), no problem, they had kept it aside for safekeeping for us. My son lost his favorite toy at the main pool, no problem, it was found a few hours later and delivered to our room. Left my sunglasses at the gym, no problem, they were at the lost and found desk when I came back to look for them... we had some guest (who live in Cabo) over for dinner, no problem, they were welcomed to have a beautiful dinner near the fire pit at a nominal fee!! I could go on and on as to the magnificent customer service and friendly attitude of the entire staff. This is a true jem in Los Cabos, especially for an all-inclusive propert. My wife and I had stayed there about 5 times over 15/18 years ago (prior to the kids), and I can only honestly say that some hotels "do get better with time"! Kudos Fiesta Americana, whatever you are doing at this property do more of it across the board! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in Mexico, and proud to say so. Muchas gracias for an unforgettable experience!! We will be back!!

If you go to Grand Fiesta, you have to go to la cevicheria for lunch! Right next to the pool and beach with the best servers in the place. Hector and Salvador will take care of you and give you everything you need, they’re the best. It was a pleasure to eat there everyday. Gracias por todo!

The experience was great from the 1st day to the last, I want to thank the lobby bar, Jose, Tony, and Adriana for the great hospitality and service. All the staff was great, food was great. You guys made a huge experience In this trip!! Cabo I will be back!!

Amazing resort. Food and drinks are great. Rodrigo our waiter is very friendly and has great customer service. Very friendly and made sure we had our drinks. See photo attached of our waiter” Rooms are comfortable and cozy. Would recommend to anyone!
