The service was great and the staff were awesome. Antonio and Armando were awesome. The steaks were great and cooked well.

Second visit to this resort. We wanted to be near town this stay. It is a great location. Resort seems clean. Room is spacious however they are not anywhere near full but placed us in a room as far away from anything could be and over the kids club! Not a good location. Have had a couple of great meals but also have been served much cold food. You would think they could make a good margarita but the drinks at the pool bar area have been awful for the most part. Very good entertainment staff.. The adults pool area is nice but needs more shade.. Might return but would look for better room choices. Overall we are having a good time..

We liked it all! Food, service, wonderful view! Wifi was really spotty in our room, we never made any comments about it so that is on us. I am sure that they would have done something had we asked. We'd like to name a few people who provided us with exceptional services: Luis @ Agave, Carlos and Cruz @ Tortuga. There were many more like Armando, Pepe, Delmer and Valeria who made our stay special. Actually, everyone there made it special! Too bad you cannot swim in the ocean here, that would have made this perfect!
