A 10 star resort

As a couple who typically rent houses or condos and do a lot of our own cooking on vacation, a luxury vacation at a resort with butlers is a very different vacation. But Sandals Royal Caribbean does a stellar job of pampering! The food is great, lots of variety. The drinks are so good, and not watered down. The butlers I have encountered have all been the best at their jobs! And the over water bungalows are comfortable , spacious , with a ton of amenities. I would definitely recommend a stay here!!
Great Experience

Great experience! Everything was perfect, and e couldn’t ask for anything more. I stayed in 2106 and Rosan kept our room perfectly clean and in order! Cooper and Rayo were our butlers and kept us full on food and drinks at all times. We highly recommend a walk out swim up room!
Fantastic

Went to Sandlas Royal Caribbean on February 21–27th 2021 for our honeymoon. We have no complaints about the resort and had a great time. The beeches were very nice and the resort was very clean. Our butlers, Duane and Rayo were fantastic butlers and we will request them next time we go.
Great resort & even better service!

We just returned from a week at Sandals Royal Caribbean and our expectations were far exceeded. The intimate, cozy feel of the resort was exactly what we were looking for, the food and drink options were very good (especially for an all inclusive) and the staff was next level amazing. They really are what make the resort so special! Special shout-outs and recognition to a few who went above and beyond: Jason, our photographer, who is so talented, funny & driven - an asset to the resort; Javier & Marlon, our cabana attendants who made our private cabana days so relaxing & special; the entire club concierge team who were friendly & helpful throughout the stay. A few quick tips: (1) Private island cabanas: Getting a beach chair with shade without a butler is tough so you need to save seats VERY early. We found the cabanas on the private island to be $180 / day well spent. Ask for the one closest to the villas if avail. (2) Visit Sandals Montego Bay: we loved watching the sunsets at the Longitude Bar (wish there was a similar option at RC) and the restaurant options are very good! We don't eat Indian or Thai, so while I preferred RC over MB in terms of size and overall feel, we did eat at MB 3 of our 7 nights. (3) Take advantage of the free photoshoot: we weren't going to but are so glad we did. Jason made the 20 mins we spent with him so much fun and we ended up purchasing a package of 10 pics we really love! Thanks Jason!!! Only minor suggestion for the resort to consider would be the shuttle schedule. The 8pm-9pm dinner break is oddly timed. Seems like 530/6pm was the most popular dinner time and the shuttle break in service led to large groups of people sitting in the lobby at Montego Bay for +1 hour trying to get back to Royal Caribbean on the 9pm. A 8/815 shuttle is badly needed. Overall, we loved our time and would most definitely recommend & visit again!
Wonderful stay!

We just spent 5 nights in an over water villa. It was an amazing experience and has been on our bucket list for awhile. The villa itself was beautiful, we hardly left it except to go to dinners at the restaurants. The view from our deck facing the sunset was exceptional. Our butlers, Demetra and Paul, pampered us and anticipated our every need. The snorkeling under the villa was great, tons of fish. Also fun to watch them through the glass floor in the villa. I had a wonderful massage by Malissa on the private island, so relaxing to hear the soothing water sounds in the background. We were so impressed by all of the resort staff, so friendly and welcoming.
