    This hotel was a reasonable price for a nice hotel that was very clean and well kept. It has access to the skyline that takes you to the hollywood studios and the epcot center. Has a pool but no jacuzzi. If you like to drink beer or mixed drinks might want to take an uber to a near by grocery store. Water and snacks too, they can get expensive real fast otherwise. They were very covid aware an doing a great job!

    Worst hotel experience I have ever had

    I have debated for the last few days on whether or not to write this review, but ultimately I feel like Disney can do soooo much better. I am hoping the right people see this and some changes are made so no one else has this experience. We checked in on November 10th, my birthday. After recently having a baby, I was really looking forward to some family time. When we got to the room, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly...maybe even at all. There were hairs everywhere....on the toilet seat, the sink, hanging from the washcloths, the floor, the shower...EVERYWHERE and crumbs all over the floor. It was so disgusting. We called the front desk and they told us they would send someone to clean. At this point, we have a hungry newborn, a 7 and 9 year old that don’t want to wait outside for the room to be cleaned. We asked if we could switch rooms. They told us they would send someone down to walk us over to a new room. After 40 minutes and putting us in a time crunch for dinner plans, she got to our room and saw everything, but acted like it was no big deal. She walked us to the new room, apologized, and left. No one helped us with our bags. There didn’t seem to be any sincerity behind her apology. We are passholders and have been to Disney more times than I can count and this was just not the Disney I know and love. I get that the pandemic has been tough on everyone, but in no way was this ok.

    We just returned from a 6 night stay at Pop Century. We found our room to be very clean and newly renovated. There were lots of electrical outlets, USB ports and plenty of storage space. The refrigerator in the room was a perfect size. There is also a cuisinart pod type coffee maker for your use. Coffee, tea, creamer and sweetners are provided. Other items provided in the room were an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These rooms have been renovated to provide the best use of the space there. It is a great improvement to the original value resort room design. A Murphy bed is tucked in the wall, which doubles as a table to use while this bed is not being used. The bathrooms now have glass shower doors, no more shower curtains. The staff here were all pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this resort hotel to others.

    Very clean rooms. You could check in on your phone or even when you went through the parking attendant. Everyone was wearing masks. Food court area was clean also. Pool area was well sanitized. Whole resort was clean.

    This was the second time I've stayed and I loved it both times!!! It is perfectly situated between the Disney parks and the skyliner makes travel equally easy! Even in a pandemic I would 100% recommend! The quick service is also delicious! The only 2 down sides i would say is that the rooms do not have a microwave and when there are storms and you're at the international gateway in Epcot you have to book it to the boardwalk and there can be a bit of confusion when that happens but once the busses start coming things get a bit more organized
