My family (two children ages 13, 10, and my husband and I) stayed here in March 2020. The rooms are standard rooms with two queens. The rooms have all the basic you need - especially since you don't spend much time in the hotel room itself. We did schedule one resort day where we used the pool and such. It was good and not too crowded. Our room did smelly musty but we asked for a room change and was accommodated. Staff are friendly and excellent as you would expect from Disney. We opted to take a Lyft to the theme parks each day vs. waiting for the shuttles, it worked well for us. I'd try a new hotel or resort next time we visit, but this one is fine.

The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. The food is fast food only but there are many different options in the parks. A bus service runs every day to the different parks. The hotel is a bit far out but it's a great low cost option.

We stayed on the 6th and 7th March just before lock down. Two rooms two couples, rooms very clean and outside areas also nice and clean. Disney needs to rethink there prices on food, lots of children and kids want most things they see, $4.17 for very small order of F.F is way over the top. Alot of the families are coming in from overseas and don't rent a car so the food area is the place to eat or the parks . One thing to buy is the refillable drinking mug cost about $18 and you can refill it when you like at any of Disney Hotel but not in the PARKS OR DISNEY SPRINGS they would I'm sure fill it with water for you.. Enjoy bring snacks for the kids

Ive stayed at Disney Sports Resort multiple times and it never disappoints. I first stayed there in 1997 and I always go back. The price is great and the rooms and atmosphere are wonderful. The food court is so good with many options! I love the different themes within the resort like surfing, baseball, football, basketball ect. The pools are awesome. We love it!

First time on disney normally stay on international drive and this hotel did not fail to amaze me. The free transport is exellent first to be picked up first to be dropped off. The hotel its self is massive we stayed in the home run section the rooms were kept clean ans tidy always fresh towels ans bed linen of u chose housekeeping. The pools were clean and always occupied by guards. The resturant was nice and big food to die for. The onsite shop was full of goodies most of which u would find in the park. This is classed as a budget hotel but you would have never have guessed it!! We loved eveey second and are booker here again for 2021 and cannot wait!!
