This was a mixed trip - business & pleasure. The location of the business part of the trip was located in Loew’s Royal Pacific Resort but it had no rooms left by the time that I booked the trip, so we booked Loew’s Sapphire Falls Resort & it did not disappoint. I was unaware when I booked the reservation that the 2 hotels are actually linked via a Sky Bridge so no need to go outside to move from one venue to the next. Beyond that, Sapphire Falls was great. Customer service was exceptional & every employee that we encountered was friendly. The rooms were very clean, amenities were good, beds comfortable. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. The pool is big, lifeguards on duty, gym is very nice, restaurants had good food. The Resort, located on Universal Studio grounds, provides a complementary water taxi to Universal Studio/Islands of Adventure which was awesome. There is also a walking path from the hotel to Universal Studios. We were very pleased with our experience & without question, would return to this resort.

I came here on a solo trip to visit the parks for a special event and wanted to stay on site. The check in process was smooth and the staff was extremely friendly with smiles on their faces. That was a warm welcome after a long morning at the airport. I arrived before the actual check in time but there was a room ready and I was able to go on up. The room was clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again the next chance I get to visit Universal Orlando!

Great vacation with family. Loews was able to move my sister, niece and nephew to a room across the hall from us. The convenience of getting to City Walk us an outstanding feature. You always feel safe

Wonderful amenities and great personnel especially in their restaurant, always ask for Andres and DJ, they will ensure your dining is excellent! The pool and hot tub are wonderful and kept very clean. The rooms was spotless and comfortable. We love riding the water taxis to the parks and back. It is so convenient . You park your car at the resort and never have to move it again until you leave. Everything is either at the hotel or on the City Walk.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sapphire Falls Resort. Spencer made our check in very easy and painless. We arrived early and since we had opted for a early check in our room was ready. All the hotel staff were very friendly and would often greet you as you walked by. Speaking of walking , be prepared to walk a good distance to and from your room depending on what guest house you are in. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was too soft for my liking but that may not be a issue for someone else. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool is huge and was warm enough for us to use. Michi and Josh at the pool bar took good care of us. Make sure to get the souvenir glass as it makes your drinks cheaper after the first one. The Strong Water Tavern was good but expensive for what you get. It’s tapas style with each dish costly between 10-15 dollars. The drinks are good but average around 15 dollars as well. Overall I didn’t think it was worth the cost but it’s a easy option after a long day in the parks. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet ( 25 dollars per person ) but also felt it was slightly over priced for what you get. Overall our stay was great but there was no special touch or moment that pushed it into excellence. The expensive yet only decent restaurants also took away from its receiving five stars. We’d stay here again but try to rethink our dining options to something more affordable.
