Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

I had a wonderful time at Andaz Scottsdale. Don't miss the free tour to Cattle Track Art center. It was amazing. Held twice a week, I believe. If you love art, put it on your schedule

I used points because they weee going to expire so I wanted to have a nice stay for my anniversary. I was placed in an ADA room although I didn’t book the room. I was told it was because I used points. The rooms are dated as well. People were friendly in the restaurant.
