    Reserved three king rooms. Upon arrival we were told there were no king rooms available. However when the concierge was trying to up sell the timeshare meeting he offered to move us to king rooms if we agreed to the timeshare meeting. I may be old but, give me what I paid for and quit trying to scam me at every turn! Your supposed to be an upscale resort!

    The hotel and facility was excellent. The pools were clean and the beach was beautiful. The kids loved bouncing on the trampoline with David and playing in the ocean. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone. The good is great too

    This is truly a resort for young & old. If you want a quiet pool, it’s there. If you want one with lots of action, games & great recreational department it’s here. And of course, lots for the kids too. The Pirate Ship mini water park was great, kids enjoyed this. Then there is a pool just for kids & parents. A total of 3, something for everyone. There are resort rooms and condos also. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 floor condo, 3 bathrooms & mini kitchen area, 2 balconies on each level. Mind you we were on the second floor so you must be a able to walk up & down these, however it was great exercise after all the food we ate. The maids were excellent, very efficient & fast. Unfortunately they don’t leave their cards in the rooms after cleaning as they do in other destinations so I can’t name them, they were in & out so efficiently. We had a few problems at first such as the kids using too much toilet paper so we needed a plunger twice. You may want to warn your kids not to use so much, explain about the difference in plumbing system. Mexican Restaurant was excellent. You just may want to not order as much, most people don’t need the appetizer, salad, soup & entree, let alone dessert. The first 3 items mentioned are usually enough for most. We were stuffed after the seafood soup, which was loaded with delicious morsels of seafood. Cactus salad was very tasty & so were the appetizers of fish tacos. Our server Saul was excellent. He allowed our 8 year old to help make the fresh guacamole made right at your table, so how fresh can you get. My son wanted me to mention that David at the swim up bar where the recreational activities are was excellent. Even when he was in high demand he had the patience & courteous manner fitting for this busy atmosphere. Jocelyn at the La Bamba where we had our lunch most days was great, very courteous.& watched when we would need or want something. She kept a close eye on all of her customers. We appreciated her excellent service. The guacamole here was to die for, as in most of the restaurants. It was always plentiful, which I certainly appreciated. Heder was another one of our servers, he was so pleasant & gave us tremendous service. There were so many lovely staff members, I feel bad I can’t remember all of your names. I will be back, thank you all.

    Phenomenal place to stay!! Very clean and great amenities. The food was delicious. Nightly shows were very entertaining. The day entertainment staff was also fabulous, especially David! He was very engaging with mounds of energy!

    Stayed in probably the most disgusting room in my entire life. Bugs crawling out from the walls, black showers with grime, outdated etc. The food was god awful minus a hamburger. Seriously, awful food. The alcohol is completely watered down and give you bottom barrel stuff. Not sure how you can have 7 shots of tequila and be sober...definitely adding water to their liquor bottles. Tried to get my room switched from bugs and got denied, yet the person next to me got their room switched just because he was booked in a higher graded room. I called them out about it and pointed at the guy and you could tell they were caught. You would think after bugs maybe you get upgraded? all the employees were great. EXCEPT the front desk. These guys are complete sharks and know how to play the game. If you have a problem they say sorry we are full, don't give so much as a $10 credit for anything. I will NEVER stay here again, go somewhere else where they care about guests while they rake in millions of dollars. Last, know that some rooms are updated, and some are NOT. God help you if you are not in an updated room. You get to live with the black mold, bugs, and sticky floors. Overall, customer service is NOT a priority here. Go to somewhere else and its complete customer dedication, fixing things that are wrong, apologies, comped items for screw ups. These guys are complete opposite. Buyer beware.
