This was truly a week of bliss. A much needed get away in all the craziness of the world. The hospitality from every employee was amazing. I will definitely be returning hopefully many more times. Covid guidelines were followed and in place, making me feel safe. Somer certain employees that I would like to mention for their exceptional hospitality would be Davidson, Ruth, Selandia, Rosanna, Francis, and Jhon. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This is the best experience in Punta cana. I recomend 100% this experience and we take with my family this vacations I should everybody try to find Miguel from guest services, he wanna make best your experience

I wanted to give an amazing review on the entertainment staff they are so friendly and we became more like friends and still kept in contact one of the members Yefri cappuccino made my stay absolutely amazing he’s such a gentleman and made everyone smile and Laugh and definitely kept me and my friends all entertained I will definitely be coming back soon .. felt like the right place to be. -Nicole
Best vacation during corona

My trip here was amazing i came here with 4 of my friends for 10 days all the staff were amazing. I cant stress how great the bar is, there is a bartender there named victor he has slick black gelled hair he is by far the most talented bartender in the world he can make you anything you want and he has the best attitude. Overall this hotel is 10/10 cant wait to go back!

I was in hard rock for ten days! It’s very perfect! The entertainement staff is the best, very funny and different game along the day! Special mention for yéfri alias capuccino, the best guy! In the nigt the have Nice show for all the famille Thank hard rock I will comme back for sure.
