    It’s the complete package. It’s really well located. Close to everything, yet secluded enough for it to feel like an escape. It’s beautifully sited with a lovely sandy cove. Mountains in the background with the historical Ft. Amsterdam punctuating the landscape. I’m amazed that there’s history just a short walk from your accommodations. Definitely check it out. It’s well-maintained and helpfully signed. On the eve of my birthday I watched the sun rise and a rainbow bridge the sky. It was unbelievable. All this and a top notch staff. Kind, fun, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. From the front desk team of Tina (aka Julie McCoy), Elvis, and others to the concierge community of Sophia and MisLyn to the water sports and beach lounger and umbrella fellows- Delroy, Junior, Gerardo, and Edwin... it was cool vibes all around. It was my birthday and girls trip and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you, Divi crew. I’ll be coming back.

    We loved being at Divi. The only complaints we had were the restaurants were too expensive to eat at so we went to other places on the Island. (Gismos was priced well) They had no live entertainment at night. The rooms were redone so very nice but the bedroom drawers didnt work. The pool was awesome and warm so that was a huge plus. We didnt spend anytime on the beach but it appeared to be very clean and pretty. Staff are awesome there...especially Elvis!

    ALREADY WANT TO PLAN A RETURN TRIP!!!

    I traveled with 4 friends to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had an absolute amazing time!!! We arrived and there was a bit of wait but I understood why once it was our turn to check in...Elvis checked us in for our 3 units and took time with answering all of our questions. Even with us teasing and laughing with him, he remained professional at all times. We then met concierge Sophia. She described a lot of excursions and provided good recommendations for us. She also helped us with info for Covid testing. We then met Tina - the front desk manager. She was around our age but why did we all feel that she was our mom/aunt for the week. She not only provided good recommendations, but she called and made reservations for us and also got us a driver (Larry) who we used for the rest of the week. Everything we did for the week was based on what Tina suggested. We finally made it to our rooms to unwind/unpack - we had two 1 bedroom units and one studio. We were on the Bay Side (505, 505, 515) and the views were amazing and the daily sea breeze was so nice. Rooms were huge, clean, comfortable and well appointed. We didn't spend much time in the rooms so not much else to add about them. The beach...absolutely wonderful!!! Chairs and umbrellas were set up for us by Delroy, Junior, Edwin and Geraldo. They are all such hard-working men that were friendly and easy to speak with. There are ladies on the beach offering massages, lots of competition but a leg massage is definitely worth it. On site grocery store was well stocked. We didn’t end up buying anything as we had stopped at the grocery store prior to arrival but every time we walked passed, we were always greeted . We didn’t do any shopping at the stores on property but every time we walked by, we were greeted by a friendly hello. One night during our visit, there was a manager’s cocktail party with one free round of rum punch, a raffle, manager from each department were introduced and several vendors were selling various items. A few vendors told us they were thankful for the Divi management b/c during these difficult times they allowed them to sell. One of those ladies was Joyce. She makes lots of local home-made items and lets you sample before you buy. Make sure you buy her Rum – that Gooseberry rum is delicious!! We probably spent a good hour with her just chatting about life. Some of us ended up buying additional items to take home – rum, cake, natural hair products and jam. She delivered everything to us packaged in bubble wrap the night before we left BUT about 3 days prior, she stopped by and gave us a large jug or rum punch as a gift for us being so friendly. It was so unexpected but definitely appreciated! We didn’t rent a car b/c we knew long days on the beach is what we all needed. We ate at Lee’s Roadside Grill (shout out to server Val for putting up with our antics), ordered pizza delivery from Gizmo’s at Divi, another restaurant in Orient Bay (forgot the name) and a Lolo in Grand Case called Cynthia’s Talk of the Town. One evening we ordered delivery from Newa Chopstix. Our only excursions were Quality Time Catamaran – all day trip with open bar, lots of food and snorkeling at 3 different locations and we took the ferry to Pinel Island. Covid testing was easy --- we made an online appointment on arrival day and scheduled for the day before. Results were emailed within a few hours and front desk printed them out on our departure day. When you make an appointment, you get a confirmation email. Make sure the dates are correct. 2 in our group made it for the wrong day and were considered no shows. Thankfully the nurse still had enough tests to include us. Even before leaving, we were all talking about when we can come back. We really had an amazing time and loved everything about Divi and St. Maarten.

    Everything WAS VERY NICE , food , people the beach! Our room was very nice and clean it was amazing can’t complain I really love being at this hotel our next vacation we planning to be back thank you !

    Honeymoon & Birthday Celebrations All Went Down Hill

    We arrived, to Little Divi Bay for the first time, Only not be be welcomed, the lady only asked for our Covid Test & passport. I brought that to her attention. Then we ran into so many consistent problems, the key to enter the room stopped working, took them 45 minutes to come help. Only to show up with no tools! He asked him for a knife to work on the door. The lock was left in between the door, no communication!! Our first night here, trying to stay awake knowing it was just me the mother & my two daughters here. Very scary feeling, it was hard to stay awake. After drinking while we were out. The next day, pictures where shown to the front desk manger & he tried to accommodate us by giving us another room. So we moved from 425, to 203, their we had air conditioning problems. The red light keep coming on, & the system stopped working completely on three different occasions. The front desk manager was aware, she informed us it was a holiday & the expert said the system would not be able to be fixed, so we had to move again! Final destination room 409, only for our room to have the same problem the air conditioning stopped working in the bedroom! General maintenance did come out, per request of the manger Tina. The manger even let us know, she had the contracted company come out, they told het it was fixed, only to come back after our outing to realize it was not working again! At this point I’m so over Divi!! The manger tried as much as possible to accommodate us, but nothing worked out!! Never know what in store taking a vacation at this resort! I have travelled the world never experienced any thing like this! Oh by the way, the water wasn’t even working when you returned. None of the sinks turned on with water running through them! Way too many issues at this Resort! Appreciate the manger Tina efforts but it just couldn’t get us the results, We deserved!! You have been warned, if our experience!! Just didn’t seem like a vacation! Spend most of our time talking to fix problems. They couldn’t get fixed!!
