Fairmont Banff Springs

Due to restrictions my bride to be were forced to cancel and change our wedding plans many times. We finally decided to get married outdoors in Banff and stay at the Royal Suite at the Springs. It's a decision I would make a hundred times over. The hotel went above and beyond in terms of service, quality and care. All the staff were incredibly helpful and gracious. Dinner and breakfast at The Vermilion Room was as great as ever with top quality food and extremely well trained staff. The room was an experience in itself. While being on the top scale of price, you could not put a price on the views and privacy the room provides. If ever anyone gets the chance to splurge on that room, I would always recommend doing so, it's a decision you wouldn't regret. I would like to send a massive thank you and shout out to the entire Fairmont staff for making our experience beyond what we had hoped for and making our wedding weekend one that we will never forget!

We celebrated our 15th anniversary at the Banff Springs this weekend. We have never stayed here before. What an experience it is to be treated like royalty. From the moment we pulled up and were helped by the valet team, through the check-in staff, concierge and everyone at all the lounges, restaurants etc. A weekend we will remember for a long time. It’s not an inexpensive weekend. But if you can make it work, you will not be disappointed! We stayed in a standard Fairmont View Room. It’s not huge. But it had all the amenities one would expect at a 5 star resort. Thanks to Sarah, Carmen, Jeff, Molly and all the others who assisted us. We Will Be Back!

We come out to the mountains quite a lot throughout the year and used to stay at different hotels but only stay at the Fairmont now because the service and attention to detail is truly unbeatable. Rooms are always impeccably clean, beds are extremely comfortable, service is on point, food is excellent and outdoor activities with the kids are made so easy to organize. We love cross country skiing, skating and sledding. We love the pool. Everything is so easy and accessible. Always feels like a treat and a real vacation.

Fairmont is an amazing place to get away for a week or even a weekend. The service is outstanding and any problem ive occurred while staying with them theyve corrected and went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional! They have many activities to do if you're thinking about just staying around the hotel itself. This is our favorite get away.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We stay here often but it continues to set the standard for amazing service. From the second we walked in the door, everyone we encountered was welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Special shout-out to Ollie and Jody in Vermillion. Amazingly friendly and super knowledgeable. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the Gold Floor (532). Great room with lots of room to stretch out. Highly recommend the Banff Springs!
