After a rocky start (a few room issues) the holiday was rescued by one person - Laura Lozada. Not only did Laura quickly resolve our problems, she was also personally on hand throughout our stay to ensure that we loved every second of our stay. The hotel is nothing short of amazing, with some amazing views from both the room and the terrace bar/pool. The majority of the staff were fantastic, very friendly and always helpful. You can book which restaurant you eat at I an evening up to 3 days in advance, but the main ones do fill up very quickly, even when the hotel is not at capacity. You will need to get up very early in the morning of you would like a sunbed with shade around the pool, these started to be reserved from around 06:00! That shouldn't be taken as a negative against the Atelier this happens everywhere, just general advice! In summary we will most definitely be returning, not only because the hotel deserves all the praise that is out there, but also because of Laura. Without her, our 10 year anniversary would have been ruined. Thank you Laura!!

We came here for our honeymoon and we loved everything. Our butlers Suyin and Jorge were always so attentive and helpful with everything, from dinner reservations, to making sure our room was clean and we were well taken care of. We even came back from dinner one night to a freshly drawn bath for us! Everything was clean and well-kept. Service at pools, bars, and the beach were all perfect. We already can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing experience all around. We got an INSPIRA room for our honeymoon. It was totally worth it with all the perks including butlers which was such a luxury to have. Our butlers, Carlos and Leyner, were both spectacular. They helped us with so many things making it easy to enjoy our stay. They were incredible attentive, responsive, and kind. Thank you again all of Atelier, Carlos and Leyner - you helped make my wife and I’s honeymoon a memory we’ll cherish forever.

We had our destination wedding at Atelier the first week of April 2024. The staff was absolutely incredible. Marcos, our wedding planner took our vision and made it an absolute DREAM! He was always quick to respond via email and wonderful in person. We could not have had such a magical wedding week without our two butlers in our Inspira Suite; Hiram and Alberto. GET the Inspira room, the UPGRADE is WORTH IT! Anything we needed help with, they were at our room in an instant! They were extremely kind, always leaving us surprises or upgrading our reservations; they truly made it the most magical week! The masseuses were wonderful. Excellent Hydrotherapy Circuit. The only issues we had were with the spa: For three days in a row; women's spa day, rehearsal day (trial hair and makeup) and wedding day in the bridal suite (a 5 hours experience including hair/makeup/ mani/ pedi and 7 reflexology appts). We had multiple appointments booked months in advance and confirmed via email prior to arrival, only to find were missing/not scheduled/scheduled for the wrong time and with pricing discrepancies, which made for a dreadful experience. This was the only stress we had the entire week there. I still HIGHLY rate this resort for their staff, the aesthetics of the resort and quality of food.

If you are looking for perfection, this is the place for you. We are well traveled, and I've worked in the luxury hospitality industry for my entire career. I only say that to emphasize that I have a lot to compare Atelier to, and they are doing it right! This is the first all-inclusive I've been to where you do not have to strategically plan your day in hopes of finding a pool or beach chair. No matter what time of the day we went out, we always found 4 chairs together. The poolside service is just, WOW! We had a server named Daniel who was honestly the best I've ever experienced. He was just so genuinely pleasant, always attentive and knew what we needed before we did! We initially stayed in building 3 then upgraded to an Inspira swim-out halfway through the trip just to experience the other parts of the resort (it is huge!) Building 3 was nice and quiet. The buffet was awesome. Never busy, always had beautiful, fresh food with great service. For me to find berries available every day like fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries was a first, and my husband had his first-ever omelet, since there has never been a time in the past at any other resort that you didn't have to line up for 20 minutes to get one made. I know that's not a huge deal, but it's the small details like this that set Atelier apart from every other place. The pool at building 3 was quiet, but not boring. It is very quiet there at night so if you want action you have to go to the main building which is accessible either indoors or outdoors in about a 5-minute walk. The main building was buzzing with activity. Beautiful people everywhere haha! I started to wonder if upgrading was a mistake since we were getting everything we needed with our original accommodation but let me say this. The butler service itself is reason enough to get an Inspira room. I'm not typically a fan of this service because it's not really something I need, but our butler, Kepler was so beyond amazing that there are no words to express how much he added to our stay. Another genuinely pleasant person who was born to be in hospitality. He went above and beyond in every single thing he did for us. Emmanuel was also on the butler team and it came up in conversation when he was walking us over to our room that we were celebrating our anniversary. We arrived the next day to a handmade card with decorations and a bottle of wine. They were fabulous! And what a nice surprise to find out that we had access to the VIP lounge in the airport through Atelier. We are hooked on this place and while they might have ruined it for me to stay anywhere else, I'm not mad at them!
