Fantastic service! My family and I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience and our trip! William and Carlos provided amazing help whether we need pool chairs, towels, food, drinks or anything in our rooms. Will definitely be coming back!

The best part about our experience was all of the things that were available for our children. The water park, schoolhouse, playground and kids show in the evening were so impressive, our 1 and 4 year old loved it! They also offered so many options of food there’s something for everyone.

We had an amazing time in the Iberostar hotel The staff is really friendly also there is so much to do For kids and adults Also the star camp is amazing for kids so change the routine for the kids and a break from the sun We are definitely coming back

Before arriving I had read many reviews and they were all over the place. The food was mostly good, the Italian was my least favorite. Japanese was my favorite and the only restaurant that would take reservations. The pool water was cold and the pool decks needed some deep cleaning. Our sheets had stains on them. There were kids everywhere and no designated family areas like other resorts we have stayed in. Staff does not start cleaning up from the previous day until after 8 am so it looks dirty and not well maintained. We have 2 more nights here I wish we had stayed somewhere else. One shining star is Claudia in the buffet restaurant. She is constantly smiling and a real gem here. I didn’t see a lot of tipping from other travelers which always disappoints me. Tip money should be a must for anyone traveling to Mexico. $1’s $5s $10sand $20s, we take it all and tip according to our service.

Stayed here from March 28 - April 1 stayed in a suit in front of the ocean with it's own pool at the bottom suit had everything we could ask for and was more than comfortable and very clean no issues or complaints regarding the room the hotel in its self was also very amazing lots of pools and kids area for them to enjoy them self's as well only issue was the jacuzzi water was not warm/hot it was like few degrees warmer than the pool water other that all very enjoyable beach was beautiful and water was great. what made our stay even better was Jay from the front desk area he was awesome very helpful when we needed something and always so polite and nice also big shout out to Manager Lorena from The Parrilla restaurant amazing person as well she made sure we had a great dinner experience not once but twice giving us some of the best service both days.
