    Right up there ! great Vacation

    Ok I booked last minute after going back and forth once September. I travelled Solo during a special time we are going through in this world . People travel shame , you want to go, just do it ! Flight : felt YUL airport safer than YYZ , AC employed playing mask police ( many passengers not obeying ) CCC felt so damn safe . I opted to take a cab ( only CC payable at other resort ) I have been to Pullman before , just past January. I was warmly greeted by the Amazing staff & Ashley Bellboy , Customer service social media on top everything guy ! Ok this is a bit crazy but they even sprayed my can tires ! My room was perfect clean and amazing view ! The food was great and a la carte . Superior of équivalant to pre-Covid . Staff went beyond expectations. 5 star service It was great to just get away for a week . The sakes Manager Eridan & Manager Jean Luc was constantly checking on guest . Covid test at airport, results given next day , BE RESPECTFUL the 1 st day Wear your mask when around others ! Did excursions AC rep nice . I have nothing but good things to say . There was always night activities and even though we where less than 50 they did the Best . I wouldn’t do one week again , at LEAST TW0 . Cuba ???? Thank you to whole team !     So for the first time using the app, I was looking to see if I could somehow rate 5+ stars. This trip to Cuba was SOOO much more than my original solo jaunt many years back. This resort was outstanding and exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Cleanliness - check COVID precautions - check Updated/newer - check Great food/variety - check (separate French, Italian, Cuban, Japanese and International restos) Outstanding employees - check Easy beach access - check Chairs at beach - check Multiple pools/decks - check Cigar bar - check Gardeners with mad skills - check (see hat photo) Activities with Animacion crew - check Options for excursions - check I would go so far as to say this was the best beach vacation I ever had. Now typically I like travel with exploration, but this trip ticked every box for a beach vacation! I have to say that Jean Marc (GM) ensured that no stone was unturned in attempting to service our small group. With only Canadians allowed to travel here at the time, we had a very close knit group of friends by the end of the week. The staff were absolutely amazing and knew everyone by name within a day of our arrival. We were all houses on the ‘Collection’ side of the resort. They opened the large pools off the main lobby that we also had access to for the latter part of our visit. TIP: With the CUC unstable, it is best to bring U.S. dollars. Canadian is fine, but the loonies and toonies are hard for staff to cash. I grabbed a stack of 150 single US dollars and a bunch of 5s too. P.S. this is a highly rated resort, but speaking with folks while down there, it was clearly the #1 choice based in overall offering and good food.

    First off the staff here is so incredible and their dedication to ensuring your safety was absolutely above and beyond and 100 times better than anything we are currently doing in Canada to ensure safety. From the time we arrived we were welcomed with amazing staff who were absolutely awesome the service was spectacular. As there were not many people on the resort all meals were al a carte and the food was outstanding. I've been to Cuba a number of times and the food here was outstanding especially the night they did a pool side BBQ for us. There are really no words to describe how fantastic this trip was and what a pleasure it was staying at the Pullman. Dare I say I never want to go to another resort in Cuba and we are hoping for a return visit at the end of November, yes it was so amazing we're hoping to go back in a few weeks. A huge THANK-YOU to all the staff for everything from George and Shannon - stayed October 3-10, 2020 room 51111.

    "Wonderful Cuban Paradise"

    My wife an I recently returned to the Pullman hotel for the 3rd time in the past 2 years and as always the hotel was amazing especially in lieu of the current Pandemic The safety measures and health protocols were superior and made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy this beautiful resort once again. Jean-luc (GM) went to no ends to ensure the guest were happy and did his best to make sure our Holiday was enjoyable. The staff was also friendly and helpful which makes this resort a must to continue to visit. Many thanks to the staff @ the Pullman and we will be back early December. Richard & Fernanda

    Remarkable Reopening

    Many people agree that Cuba is doing very well by reopening tourism with enough testing, disinfection and hygiene measures that protect the health of tourists, first in airports and then in hotels. With my wife we were able to verify it when a few days ago we traveled to Cayo Coco and stayed at the Pullman hotel, enjoying great hospitality and enormous interest from the staff for our comfort and satisfaction in the midst of the restrictions and difficulties that Cuba has lived with the pandemic. By the way, toiletries in general are still in great shortage for people in Cuba. The hotel staff was always friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests. The food, somehow limited at this time as can be understood, was appetizing and served à la carte in the various restaurants that are available, sometimes enlivened by the hotel's entertainment group. The beach could not be more pleasant and beautiful. A special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Jean-Luc Grossin, for his great kindness and deference to us and who cannot be more interested in an efficient operation of the hotel and attention to the guests. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will return at the first opportunity without hesitation.
