    In love with the Fairmont Kea Lani

    This is our second stay at the Kea Lani and will not be our last. My husband and I stayed with our 2.5yr old and 4.5yr old for 9 nights. The suites couldn't be any more convenient for two toddlers. They slept wonderfully on the pull-out couch bed. The grounds are expansive and well maintained. The kids loved the pool, baby 1ft pool, and beach. There were a few days we got to the pool before 9am and we had the entire pool to ourselves and NO chairs were reserved (except paid-for cabanas) so we could sit wherever we wanted and didn't have to "reserve" chairs earlier in the morning! Ko and the breakfast buffet were delicious - and thank you for kids under 5 eat free!!! Incredibly helpful for picky toddlers. We were also very happily surprised that room service is back! We only enjoyed it once but a great way to enjoy dinner with our pool/ocean view. The gym was first-class, with Peloton bikes and upgraded machines throughout! The complimentary washers, dryers, and laundry detergent was very nice for our young family, as kids get dirty quick :). We felt very safe regarding COVID and saw the extra efforts the resort has put in place to make the staff and guests safe, while also enjoying the resorts amenities. Can't wait to return!

    THE WHITE PALACE IS INCREDIBLE!!

    The fairmont was the home base for the best family vacation to date. We stayed a week in the vila, and it was absolutely incredible. The layout works perfectly, keeping the guests spread out while still offering the same Palace? like amenities for all. Hands down the most impressive attribute? is the staff. Never have I been treated with such respect from all. I found my self trying to bump in to them just to learn more, and get the friendly alohas! Could not recommend saying here more if you want the most relaxing down time from all the adventure Maui brings.

    Front desk, Concierge staff and all other staff were all awesome. Very repsonsive and great at follow up. Beach set up team (towels and umbrellas) were great led by Donnie - he's always terrific! Bell Desk very accommodating and efficient. All in all a very pleasant stay....one of many during our 20+ years of enjoying the Kea Lani. Mahalo.

    Great Spring Break

    Our family of four has visited during spring break the last 7-8 years. We love the Fairmont based on their service. This year there was there was a slight confusion on our pre-reserved cabanas for the trip but in usual Fairmont fashion they fixed it for our entire stay. The new gym is great! We love the Fairmont and will continue to visit each year. Best family value in Wailea. With the kids getting older we may look at villas next year, Love my Kea Lani!!!!

    I have written several great reviews on this resort over the years and it still remains one of our all time favorites! This trip we spent most of our trip using our Marriott points at two other properties so we were here for the minority of our trip. From the minute we walked in the level of service reminded me of why we always keep coming back here. There are several remodeling projects that were done since our last visit: the new hot tub and upgraded cabanas were fantastic! We had received both our covid shots and felt comfortable with the hotels covid protocols. Loved the outdoor dining at Ko with our favorite hostess Sylvia and best ever server Drew. A special thanks to the General Manager Michael Pye and Director of Operations Christopher Smart for going above and beyond when I needed special assistantance.
