Perfect place to stay.

jazztomar (Olympia, Washington) on Mar 01, 2024

The resort is in the perfect location, right on Napili Bay. The snorkeling is great around here. I love the relaxed vibe of the place; for me, I prefer that over staying in a high rise. The room was comfortable and clean, and the grounds are lovely. The condo had everything needed to feel at home. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood.

Beautiful views of the ocean.

TeresaLightle (Oroville, California) on Jan 11, 2024

Perfect location for relaxation. Rooms very clean and reasonably prices. Great access to sunset views. Love the free parking close to room. Studios were equipped with most items you need. Even the linen exchange is super easy and efficient. Only issue I had was getting maintenance to respond to my smoke detector going off every 4 minutes. Took 4 calls to front desk. Could have been they were very busy, but my only complaint.

Nice room, good facilities, perfect for self-catering, nice breezes from the trade winds.

DrRachie_09 (Victor, Idaho) on Dec 27, 2023

Nice room, good facilities, perfect for self-catering, nice breezes from the trade winds, well-manicured grounds. Clean and comfortable. This is not a central hotel. If you want to be in the thick of things, then you are better off in Kihei (or Wailea if you can afford it). Also, if you are a snorkeller like me, I recommend you stay in Kihei because you are much closer to the best snorkelling beaches and meeting points for excursions (Molikini and Haleakala to name two). Plus, there are much better food trucks, cafes, and restaurants in the south. The north shore can get wild and woolly, so if you want calm waters close by, stay in the south. We had dinner and drinks in the onsite tiki bar. The cocktails were very good. There are two pools, one with a hot tub, and BBQ areas throughout the manicured grounds. The property is absolute waterfront, so you can sit at the pool and watch the ocean. The internet works reasonably well. Cons: the only real con was that the bedroom is adjacent to the parking lot, so any activity in the morning (people were cutting down a tree next door whilst we were there) can be heard in your bedroom. The direction of the apartment is perfect for catching the trade winds to cool you down if you open the shutters at both ends of the apartment, but then you get the noise from outside. (NB: you are prevented from turning on the air-con unless all the doors and windows are closed, and the lowest temp you can set is 74ºF). This property advertises itself as, "no resort and housekeeping fees" which makes it a little bit cheaper than condo hotels further south. For example, before this, we stayed in Kihei (see my review of Aston at the Maui Banyan, Kihei) where our room was $77/night more expensive overall when you include housekeeping and resort fees. However, in Kihei, we were much closer to the action, calm swimming/snorkelling beaches, cafes and restaurants. In addition, if you are doing a trip to Molikini Crater, it's a 55-minute drive to the pick-up point in Kihei from Napili, versus 3 minutes from a hotel in central Kihei (and you need to be there are 6:30 am). All the best snorkelling beaches are a minimum of 30-minutes drive from Napili. So you should weigh up the pros and cons of this. This property is clean, well maintained, has good facilities, is absolute waterfront, and is reasonably priced. It's not near the action of Maui though, so consider that when you're booking excursions and activities.

No refund or reinstatement

Nancy B on Aug 29, 2023

Cancel the reservation they told me they would refund me they haven’t so. I told them that they could reinstate the reservation if they can’t refund it but they are not responding. if you have limited money, don’t book here because you could very well be out your money.

Wonderful Property in Paradise

Jmom2many (Lompoc, California) on Jul 06, 2023

Our unit was wonderful G260 privately owned and rented through Airbnb. It is a corner unit. Roger was a great landlord! The unit was super clean and comfortable, with everything you might need for a beach or hiking day. The property it's self is nice and quiet with 2 pools and a hot tub. A very short walk to Napili Beach is definitely a highlight. There are 2 restaurants on the property as well. The Gazebo (very popular for breakfast and lunch) and Kitchen 5315 which also serves breakfast (not sure about lunch) and dinner. They have a nice happy hour as well. On the far side of Napili Bay(walking distance)is the Sea House Restaurant. Open for all meals also with a very nice happy hour. We had a wonderful time and have already made our arrangements for next year!
