    Great service and accommodations. Very clean and everyone friendly. The bed, shower and robe were amazing. Very posh and chic hotel-all the decor was top notch. Would definitely stay there again. Food pricey, but what you expect in Vegas.

    This is at least my 3rd visit to Wynn/Encore and it did not disappoint once again. Same great service and accommodations that you can expect every time that you visit. Rooms, casinos, and all of the restaurants are great.

    Beautiful hotel but lacks personal touch

    The Encore is a luxury hotel with gorgeous decor.. The location is great even though it is near the top of the strip. However it does lack a bit of personal touch. At a luxury hotel like this we would expect to be properly greeted as we get out of our cab- but we were just waved through pushing our own bags. Check in process was fine but we were given confusing directions to lifts to find own room. At majority of hotels we have stayed in luggage is taken and follows you to your room! The rooms are fantastic though. Spacious, extremely comfortable, spotless and tastefully decorated. We loved the use of Alexa for curtains, lights, music etc though was occasionally temperamental! However, inexplicably there are no tea making facilities, no comp water and no slippers! We had in room dining for breakfast which was great- really friendly staff who were happy to answer any questions. The pool area is great but beds are very close together and not enough umbrellas and the staff refused to move them from set positions. But they do supply comp water and the pool snacks are excellent. We also had complimentary grapes but there could have been more of this kind of thing. Also there was no non smoking area. We ate in Jardin which is a lovely restaurant with excellent service but were disappointed by Wazuzu which provided no crackers to eat and the curry was rather full of onions! Although it is joined to the Wynn the Encore just felt more exclusive and less busy. Be prepared for all the extra taxes, gratuity’s, resort fees etc- which are a bit of a culture shock! The hotel is definitely the most luxurious on the strip, wonderful to walk around, spacious and so relaxing. It beats other top hotels for luxury but could learn something in terms of improving personal service.

    Stayed three days and everything was fine until check out. We paid the security deposit and for all night stays ahead of time. We didn't use the minibar or any other facilities that were extra. At checkout we were presented with a bill for $350 over what was already paid. We obviously didn't agree with the charges and had to get the manager to remove them, since they were clearly wrong charges. Since we are not from the states perhaps the hotel thought they could charge us and we wouldn't notice or wouldn't be able to argue back. Left a bad taste in our mouth for what was supposed to be a good time in Vegas.

    It took over one hour to find the suite. The staff send me to diffrent location more than 4 times before we ended up at the right elevator. We also asked the concierger to rebook our restaurant with 30 min since it took so long time, but it was not made so we missed our dinner reservation. Really bad for a 5 star hotel
