The Linq was a great newer property. Sleeping room was a little smaller than normal but enough space for me and my sister to enjoy our stay. Room was clean and fresh, small refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable. A safe in the room was a plus. The best part was the kiosk check in and your personal communication via texting was excellent. Anything you need or ask they reply within minutes. No need to wait in line, need extra towels text and they will have them deliver to your room in no time.

Great experience, clean, fashionable and fun! The sports room was the best I've ever seen. There must be 100 HD TV's. Great experience watcing NFL football. A lot of fanfare with fans from opposing teams cheering their team on. Food and drink was impressive. Ill be back soon.

“Free nights” that didn’t turn out so free

after hearing good things from my friends I was sorely disappointed... I was sent an e-mail informing me that I had “free nights in Vegas” at various Caesar owned properties. As a rewards member I was skeptical but I figured why not call and ask. The woman I spoke to was so amazing and friendly and explained to me that a smoking room was the only available option for the 2 days I was requesting. She also told me that I would be charged a resort fee of approximately $40/night and if my room was not satisfactory, change it once I arrived. Honestly, a little cigarette smoke isn’t too terrible considering I was getting my room comped. However, once I arrived the check in line was so long I decided to use the express check-in kiosk (which is pretty convenient I might add). Skipped the line and was ready to go to my room once. Upon arriving there was a marijuana smell that was so strong I felt like I was getting high just standing in the hallway. Now imagine being in the room! So, I called operator to let them know and they ask me to go downstairs and speak to the front desk. I don’t know if the president was in town or what but there was a hour and a half wait in line for people to check in which I had to wait in. Not the end of the world! After after finally talking to a LINQ hotel representative I was informed that if I wanted a different room I would have to pay for it. I explained that the only reason I came was because they offered me complimentary nights and I wanted to visit my friends. She seemed to care about as much as a DMV proctor. Had a personality of a bowling ball too. I ended up paying a lot of money only to find that the pool was closed and the entire front of the casino was under construction. I was sorely disappointed!

Love the Linq. It's under renovations which is only going to make it better. Great, fun dealers who make your gambling experience enjoyable. You usually expect to lose some money gambling at a casino, but you do it anyway because it's fun. Good dealers/employees can really make or break your experience.
