The accommodations themselves were not the issue. but rather the lack of resolution when a complaint was called in. We returned to the room to find it filled with smoke from the group next door who was having a large party. As this was a non smoking room we weren't pleased. Also, the other party was extremely loud. I called to the desk to request another room. The lady was rude. She said that they would send security for the noise complaint and the "Marijuana". I honestly felt as if I was a bother at this point. Security came. The noise was a little better but we had to put a towel under the adjoining door to try to slow the seepage of smoke into our room. Next morning security was knocking on our neighbors door again. The next night the neighbors were even worse. We heard security there multiple times in the middle of the night. Nothing changed and it was dawn when the noise from the party quieted. At what point does the Rio ask a guest to leave? When multiple other guests are complaining and are having a terrible experience as a result. My take away is that the rooms have terrible insulation for sound proofing, terrible ventilation and as long as the room is payed for the staff isn't overly concerned about the comfort of their guests.

It was Wonderful, we had a good time, and I would do it all over again. We participate in the seminar. We had a chance to tour some of the new finishing suites and it's located right there in the strip and also not too far from the airport

The experience was very pleasuring as always. The hotel was great hasn’t changed much, the rio has a different casino smell which I like. I have nothing bad can’t wait to return again and have some more fun. Viva Las Vegas
