We enjoyed a brilliant 4 night stay at JW Marriott Anaheim. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which I think was the entry level room but was beautifully finished and had a bath in the bathroom alongside a walk in shower (very handy when you are travelling with children). The facilities were brilliant; we went to the gym each morning and there was always equipment available even when it was busy, the pool was lovely and warm and there were always beds available for a patch in the sun. During our stay we had breakfast twice at Tocca Ferro and lunch most days poolside at Citriculture - we ran out of time to enjoy the rooftop bar which was a real disappointment. The walk to Disney if you took the shortcut through GardenWalk was less than 10 minutes. The staff are what makes this hotel special, they are a real asset to the hotel - luggage, wait staff, bar tenders and housekeeping, just brilliant. Little touches like smores in the lobby one afternoon were much appreciated. This hotel provided a really luxurious stay, 10 minutes walk from Disney for a very reasonable price - don't hesitate to book!

Wow! we had an incredible visit at the JW Marriott! Scott and Jessica at the front desk welcomed us for our daughter’s birthday, just 5 star service. Beyond grateful and have not seen this type of service in many years at any hotel. Truly a gem of a hotel and our two girls absolutely loved the Stay. Al’s not as magical at Disney itself. I will be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family. Thank you again to the entire staff but especially Scott and Jessica! They deserve a raise and I wish all hotels had this type of A+ Service. Thank you! Our family is very happy and we will back every year!

This is my new favorite hotel. I wish I could say that I'll be going back soon- maybe I'll have to come up with a reason to return. First off, my husband and I arrived way too early to check in immediately due to the fact that we'd just disembarked from a cruise ship. We had a little bit of a wait, (much less than you would imagine when you show up at like 10:00 am) but while we waited, the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. In particular, Scott and Daniela went above and beyond to let us know that our business was appreciated and that they were there for us. They are the consummate professionals and made our wait seem completely insignificant and well worth it. It's been a long time since we've been made to feel like our business and our experience mattered this much! Later, we visited the cocktail lounge and met Karla and John, the friendliest, most knowledgeable bartenders at any hotel that I've been to! This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views of both the California topography and Disneyland. It provides everything that a top-notch hotel needs – wonderful food, comfortable beds, and the very best staff anywhere it would seem. They need to train the rest of the world how to do it right! Thank you Scott and Daniela especially for your superior treatment!

We had an incredible stay. Danella at the front desk was what made our visit the absolute BEST. She was so kind, patient and attentive. Helpful beyond and made us feel welcomed. The hotel is gorgeous and is connected to easy access Starbucks, CPK. Made it so easy for our family to enjoy. Thank YOU

Just got home from a 4 night stay at the JW Marriott Anaheim. We loved this hotel! It was beautiful! The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in in a really long time. The room was spacious and decorated tastefully. The bathroom was large with an oversized tub and shower. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The valet offered us bottled water everyday while we waited for our Uber or decided to walk to Disneyland. The location of the property is superb for visiting Disneyland. There are many restaurants around the area. We will definitely stay here again.
