Wonderful paradise we loved everything Frida was our favorite her food made us fall in love. Also the mixology class and the activities with celeste are very entertaining; Pool volleyball, bingo, Spanish classes, painting classes, and she is a girl with a lot of energy. Also congratulate francisco of author cuisine very good service thanks to all the staff

It was our first time in Cabo and the truth is that we loved the whole hotel, the wonderful service, my family and I were happy. We fell in love with the place we highly recommend this hotel and of course the activities for adults are good and entertaining celeste is the one who is in charge of inviting and making an unforgettable experience

We had our wedding here and it was amazing. Service was next level! We didn’t have a single thing to complain about and how could you at this place. Special shoutout to Abdias our concierge! He took service and hospitality through the roof for us!

Our family just returned from a relaxing week at Grand Velas All-inclusive resort. The resort has a great layout, luxurious rooms, beautiful views, amazing pools right next to the seashore, and family-friendly activities and amenities. We are impressed by the world-class hospitality and service provided by all the hotel personnel. The top attraction here is the food, with various options and delicious food from great chefs. We enjoyed the exceptional spa services. We appreciate Ana Aranada, our point of contact when navigating activities and facilities. She guided us throughout our stay, made us aware of activities, their timings, and more details, and took care of dinner reservations.

From the moment you enter the property the staff is what makes this hotel what it is. Amazing staff. Christian our concierge made sure we were taken care of every day. Have some tostadas with Roberto at the restaurant by the pool. the adult pool is so quiet and enjoyable even though the hotel was full. Food at an all inclusive can be tough but the food here is top notch. Can’t go wrong with food selection. Not a swimable beach but 3 mins down the road there is a beach that is considered one of the top beaches in Mexico. (Chileno bay) which was recommended by our concierge. Great great vacation experience!! Again the staff is what makes this place a true luxury hotel.
