We had a great 5 days at Sandos! Carmen at the pool made every day great! Armando was great each day at lunch. The location is wonderful, close walk to the marina. Evening shows were entertaining and we loved the clean rooms, great views from our balconies and the water in the room. Looking forward to another trip!

Excellent spa service!! Beautiful place. I was excited when Federico came by at the pool, offering spa discounts. He was very kind and helpful explaining the choices and location of spa. I would highly recommend getting a massage here. The facilities were very clean and great to have steam room, sauna and jacuzzi available.

Incredible food and drinks! It was perfect to friends hanging out together. Highly recommend coming here over the weekday because it’s less crowded. The entire staff is so friendly and the service was very kind, helpful, and timely. Would come back again soon :)

One of the best massages I’ve ever received. Perfect deep tissue massage with stretching and aroma therapy. We are booking a second massage while we’re here to make sure it wasn’t just a fluke, haha. If your used to those bad massages where they just spread oil all over you, prepare to be pleasantly surprised!

The property's location was convenient for accessing town amenities like souvenirs and pharmacies. However, it's not ideal for people with mobility issues due to the steep driveway and ramps. Offering a complimentary golf cart or shuttle would be helpful. The food was okay and the lack of fresh fish options was a little downer. Despite this, the service was excellent. The Junior Suite Ocean View was spacious and well-equipped, exceeding expectations. Overall, despite some drawbacks, I'd still recommend this property.
