I slept in fold away bed and it was not the most comfortable bed ! Overall the service was excellent except for the door key not working several times and we had to the front desk 3 times to get it working.

Jocelyne and the tequila tasting were so fun! Jocelyne definitely knows all about tequila and was very informative. She even blended salts herself for the tasting!

We had a great experience! Jose was excellent at service and the food was delicious. Jose went above and beyond! Jorge Luis Mario gets a shoutout, but our server, Jose, went above and beyond and gets and deserves great rewiew.!!!

All in all the resort was a great vacation. Pools were nice and clean. Diego and Eologio of the sports bar went out of their way to remember you and the drinks you drank, everyday of our stay. Just for this reason, they receive an all star review.

I want to say right off the bat: really wonderful servers! Nico especially was so kind—remembering us and our orders from previous days, and going out of his way to be kind, accommodating, and personable. It’s little things like this and Nico’s quality of service that can really make an experience! Other than that, things can get pricey quick here, but it’s beautiful and it’s Cabo, so that’s what you expect.
