    We paid a pretty penny to stay at a “Sandals Resort” and sadly the best thing about the Sandals Inn is that you get to take advantage of the amenities at Sandals Montego Bay. We will nevThe facility is dated which was something we told the manager we could deal with, what we were not willing to deal with was the ruckus in the hall from staff during the day, waking up to the noise that comes along with drag racing at 4:23 in the morning, etc. She stated the one room available at the Montego Bay was above an area in which they were completing construction. The other alternatives that she offered was no better than the room we were in and she claimed that the other two resorts were booked. . She spoke with the staff and it was better for 1 night! No other follow up from her or any other manager for he balance of our stay. I would not recommend!

    The employees of Sandals are wonderful but could not make up for the deteriorating hotel and lack of beach. My first room had mold and mildew in tub, a gross green carpet and awful smell. The hotel was run dow and the "beach" was about 20 ft wide (which would be okay but it was public and very crowded). I am not sure if I can trust the Sandals brand to use their resort again.

    We had another wonderful trip to the Inn. It’s a shame they will be closing this property soon. The staff there are great!!! They go well above and beyond any expectations. Fortunately we will see them again soon at other Sandals properties. We actually got a ride to the airport on our last day by the GM himself. That’s the level of service given by all his staff at the Inn. He’s sets a great lead by example ethic to his staff.

    Didn't care for the Sandals Inn-Carlyle

    We were very disappointed with the Carlyle Inn at Sandals. We had no idea how old it was, little to no beach. The pictures we were sent when we signed up were all of the other two locations. Also, the help at the Carlyle with the exception of the Robierto at the bar were not very accommodating or friendly.

    Losing our second home, already missing it!

    First off, SHAME on Sandals for choosing to close such an amazing place that my husband and I have called our home away from home! This was our eighth stay at Sandals Inn and, again, was such a great stay. Moreover, with our choice at being able to stay at any of the Sandals resorts, we chose to use our free week with all our family and home here at the Inn. I wouldn't be able to say how many times we heard all the other guests there with us how upset they were about Sandals poor decision in closing this resort on all the people who come back time and time again to this property. We've been to nine other Sandals properties and not a single one has a returning guest wall with pictures of each couple; a wall of family. THAT IS WHAT THE SANDALS INN IS ALL ABOUT! I do hope that part of the decision of Sandals choosing to close this property does not have to do with all those people that come here, WITHOUT RESEARCHING THEIR VACATION, and write terrible reviews before giving this property and amazing staff with it a chance to show why it has such a high returning guestsrate! That's their lost, because my husband and I, along with countless other couples, have had the absolute privilege in enjoying the Sandals Inn. For this current stay I would like to start off by recognizing Obrian who welcomed us when we arrived, the speedy check in process, and escorting us to our lovely room! To all the staff at the front desk, including Patrick and Trisel thankyou for all your help! At the Bay Window it was a pleasure being helped by Dane, Kimberly, Kristol, Dominque and Dana-rae. The service along with the food was amazing! Floyd, Romario, Lamar, and Christopher at the bar always ensured we were good!! You all have a special place in our hearts. Christopher and Hakeem and the Nibbles grill were ready every night we went over for a midnight snack. We did not get a chance to meet our house keepers but the room was always nicely presented for us! Thank you! Makey, thanks for your hard work at keeping the property clean and looking good. To the groundskeepers, thank you for always taking care of the property. Donovan, although you were able to sneak out of our sad goodbye, we just want to say thank you for always putting a smile on our face and welcoming us home. Doreen, we will greatly miss our lunches together! It is always a pleasure being able to sit down and catch up while enjoying an AMAZING meal!! To all others I missed, our frequent stays would not have been possible without your hard work!! We will always remember the GREAT times we enjoyed at the Inn and never forget the memories we made with you all! Until we meet again! One love! Kim and Kyle Miller
