    Just left Iberostar to go to Negril for a few days. We’ve been to the hotel seven or eight times. Obviously we have had a good experience. On arrival we were told our room had two double beds, although we had booked a king bed. We even had the confirmation slip. After a long wait they said they’d found a room with a king bed, but it would be somewhat noisy as it was close to the pool bar. After we got to the room we discovered that it had two double beds. The bellboy called the front desk. We also called the front desk. The front desk said they had to get clearance from the manager to change the room. The manager was not calling them back. After some time we said let’s MoveOn and took the room. You would think after seven or eight visits, they would take care of us properly. No manager ever call to apologize. Luckily we are not on our honeymoon, but still...... The other issue is that there is a smell of sewage on the beach. There is a large pipe opening onto the beach near the eastern edge of the property. This makes the cabanas in that area difficult to use. Otherwise the staff is great, food is good and entertainment is fun. But if you want a great beach, go to Negril.

    Absolutely going back! Wonderful welcoming resort employees. Top notch services including bar, house keeping, excellent buffet food selection. Very clean and modern suites. Love the hammock on my balcony ! Special shout out to Patrice and Davia and Jay-von at the Grand Prestige Private Beach. Always lovely and treated us just like family. I can't wait to plan for 2020 vacation and I am looking at reservations now :)

    Ibersostat Grand Rose Hall was recommended to me by a co worker who has been several times. Well let me tell YOU, this resort is AMAZING.. The STAFF IS THE BEST. The ladies at the front desk were sooook professional and PLEASANT. I am sorry i did not get any names but i checked in on Sept 18,2019. The 1 name I will NEVER forget and that was the BEST BUTLER EVER AND HIS NAME IS SHANE..... I stayed in room 5224 and the room was.AMAZING AND so was the view. I will be returning next year with my husband..Keep up the GREAT service at this hotel.. Rooms were clean and the hotel has the BEST SMELL.. Everything was CLEAN and the food was GREAT..

    The level of customer service is unmatched Jamaica friendly hospitality is the best, the drivers here also are the best we been to Mexico, Dr, Cuba , Bahamas. We flew in to the Montego Bay airport had the most amazing company to pick us up they are Top choice Jamaica Tours , they had refreshments outside for us , driver wasn't far they treated us like royalty and gave us laughs to the resort perfect gentlemen and on time too for the departure you have to book with them. From the minute we arrived at the hotel we were promptly greeted and given a upgrade to a ocean view suite. While our suite wasn't ready we went and had lunch. Omar from the front desk made a point to find us by the pool and advised us that our room was ready. He also walked us to our room and told us the butler would arrive shortly. Every employee we encountered at the resort was not only pleasant but they were happy and ready to serve us. Our Butler Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was very attentive and listed to our every need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Iberostar Grand to all my friends.
