The stay was great and the staff was nice. The room was just like any other Springhill Suites room. It was all great until I took a shower and opened my towel that had dried up blood stains on it. For the most part the stay was great, and I'm not one to say that I will never stay at a location again unless I gave them a second try, but dried blood on a towel, I don't know man.
This hotel is handling COVID amazingly!!!!!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, my first stay was Pre-COVID, my most recent stay was last weekend. I stay at a lot of different hotels and this hotel is hands down handling the COVID situation better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Not to mention, I actually enjoyed my stay more this time than I did when I stayed here Pre-COVID. The Front Desk staff was incredibly accommodating and nice. Joseph at check in was amazing!!! So friendly, you can tell he really loves his job. The gentleman that checked me out (idk his name) was also very accommodating and nice. The grab and go breakfast that they have is surprisingly good with multiple options. My room was very clean and spacious! I would absolutely stay here again in the future!!
Best front desk staff and strict Covid adherence

My son and I and his father came out from Palm Springs to escape 115-120° weather with high humidity. We have worked through the pandemic and it's been an extremely tough time and we needed a break.The front desk staff was amazing! They were always extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean relating to Covid issues. We felt very safe. We will definitely be going back and often.

Stood here with my family and we had a great time. Room was nice and clean, even though the hot breakfast was unavailable during covid their breakfast to go bags were good my children loved them and had so much fun in the pool. Front desk Nina, Nyshon and gladys were so nice and friendly, they even brought up a luggage cart to my room for check out so i wouldn't have to leave my kids alone in the room! Rooms were nice and big my daughter didn't want to leave! Managers Erik and Charlie were so kind to us too!

Hotel was nice and clean! All front desk staff were friendly especially Nina had the best customer service! Pool was open and breakfast togo was a good selection! Every time we went downstairs they were always disinfecting and cleaning! Would stay again!
