When I come to Orlando it usually for vacation and stay in a suite at Disney, but this trip was for business and I am glad to say I was just as comfortable her in a regular room as I was in my suite at in Disney.

It’s a great resort like hotel without the resort fees. Big lobby with several dining areas. It has UPS store for business meetings. Lots of meeting rooms here. Mikes American Is their nighttime restaurant. It was crowded and bartender (Ryan) was quite good in making my drinks. Good happy hour specials too. There is more seating when u enter towards the back. Sunrise Cafe has a great breakfast buffet with an omelette station. Standard fare but an expanded continental breakfast too. Their pizza and burger place is a carry out place. Good tasty burger for $9. $2 extra for cheese. There is a full service and quite large Starbucks on premise too. They even have a ice cream and candy bar place that opens in the evening. The room was renovated and got a king bed. The knock off one star was the loud traffic noise, feather pillows that goes flat (need other pillows), and in my room, it sounded like you can hear the elevator noise. Hilton’s finally have larger tv’s. No more tiny 37” tv’s! The pool complex was great. Junior Olympic size pool, kids splash pad, and huge hot tub (easily seats 15-20). There is no zero entry into pool or lazy river, but was just perfect. They even have a small game room and laundry room too. It’s a 18-20 minute walk or $6 uber to universal studios. Wish this hotel had a universal gift shop.

Great location hotel for universal studios. Stayed here for two nights on a short trip to universal. Great value rates. Lionel on the front desk was very friendly. Rooms well proportioned. Breakfast quality lacking, restaurant could do with getting rid of garden furniture that’s inside just a bit weird. Would stay again.

All or nothing on a movie, $20 to see a 15 year old movie. Sure the new ones, that is understandable. Parking fee? Oh that is a hidden surprise! Expected so much more from the Hilton name, a very let down traveler. Sad when hotels in other cities give you so much more!

Great hotel located close to all theme parks and restaurants. Hotel is clean and staff is professional. Room cleanliness is above average. Roooms do not have microwaves and only have a small refrigerator that froze all items I stored in it.
