Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I love the aesthetic of the pool and all the lounge areas. The room itself was very, very well kept and clean. Only thing I do no like is that you have to pay for parking, a deposit, and a daily resort fee. I wasn't aware of any of these extra charges until I was checking in.

The hotel was beautiful! The team at the front desk, especially Yomary was amazing. I has screwed up on my reservation and she handled it like a pro. I'm a road warrior and when I come across a hotel staffer that goes above and beyond the call of duty, I make it a point to tell the Workd.

Waited in the check-in line for over an hour. They had one person working the front desk at 11pm on a Saturday and they moved very slow. They need to have more than one person at the front desk during a weekend. The check in line was very long and moved very slowly.

Quinto was amazing during check in. We arrived late in the evening, he was very polite, and kind after a long day of travel. The hotel room was clean and exactly what we reserved. Quinto provided a wonderful check in experience and wished us well during our vacation.

We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath room. It was clean and quiet. Really great value with minimal issues! Pool was busy and no chairs were available during the day for us but they did a good job restocking the towels. It was a 20 min walk to Universal Studios which was nice. On the downside, it seemed like housekeeping and the front desk are a bit overwhelmed. Don’t expect to check in early or check out late. It just won’t happen. There are so many people complaining about rooms and waiting well past 4pm. The app promises keys waiting for you, but the front desk had no idea about that even though there is a sign, so don’t expect that. Lastly the front desk seems to direct everyone to a small set of elevators in which only 1 works when there is a perfectly good set of 3 on the other side. Not complaining just noting for others to know what to expect. Anyway I gave it a solid 3 stars.
