A perfect stay at Sapphire Falls. Arrival Friendly check in with basic explanation of the site and amenities. Room Large and spacious. Tastefully decorated with great amenities. If I went back I would request a room closer to reception to be able to easily use the coffee shop from the room. Pool area Gorgeous! We never struggled for a sun bed and the waiters/waitresses were always on hand for food and drinks. Bars/restaurants on site There are a couple of very nice bars & restaurants on site. All are quite pricey, you definitely pay theme park pricing at a theme park hotel, but we knew that when we booked. Pool bar staff super friendly & great bartenders. Location Water shuttle was fantastic! A quick and easy way to get to & from the parks. A few queues during peak hours but they always moved quickly. We walked to Volcano Bay from Sapphire Falls, quick easy walk that took about 5-10 mins. Overall A fabulous resort, I would highly recommend and return there for a visit myself.

We stayed at the Lowes Sapphire Falls in February half term as a family of 5. We booked a family room which had 2 double beds (we booked as a 5, however the room didn't actually have beds for 5 - only 4 luckily our 3 year old is only small and shared a bed with us) the hotel was great, free transportation via boat to the city walk running every 10-15 minutes and an easy walk to the waterpark. The hotel pool was large with plenty of sun loungers. There is sand on onside with free sand toys for children to play with. Every afternoon there were games taking place for children, and the pool had a small waterslide & a large hot tub. The safety of everyone is paramount and the life guards did an incredible job keeping everyone safe! The pool stayed open until really late and these guys just kept doing an amazing job patrolling the pool even when it was quiet. The hotel provides free life jackets for kids too. Food wise we found the breakfast amazing but unfortunately very expensive for a family of 5, we visited twice and loved it but the cost meant it was reserved for a special treat, it is disappointing that you can't book breakfast to be included with your stay. We ate at the coffee shop most mornings where you can get breakfast cereals and pastries (we spent about $8 per person on a morning). The evening food offering was a bit lacking so most nights we went to city walk. We had an amazing stay, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and offered good value for money.

We just got back from our trip to Orlando and we stayed at Sapphire Falls for 4 nights before the major outbreak...This Resort is very clean, huge and I like the smell around the hotel ..It makes you relax...Their amenities are unbelievable especially the huge pool and lots of chairs and towels for everyone...They only have one jacuzzi, they should have at least 2 or more...Anyways I love the Carribean theme of their resort, staffs are very friendly and waitresses/waiter are very attentive...Great service...Our first room was on the 8th floor overlooking at the theme park but it’s noisy as it’s too close in the road,so we move to 5th floor overlooking by the pool which is more comfortable for us...They accommodate us right away...A little bit pricey but overall worth it...Great restaurant inside the hotels too and souvenirs store...We love the shuttle taxi by the water to take you to the theme parks...Definitely go back...

    We loved our stay!

We arrived late (around 1:00 a.m.) but our reception was very friendly and informative. Our room was clean and we had plenty of towels! (I hate asking for extra towels and wash clothes!). We did not use the pool but we visited the Strong Water Tavern, the New Dutch Trading Co., and the gift shop. One morning, we ordered room service. It was pricey but it was worth it. The service was excellent and very friendly. We purchased park tickets at the hotel. The employees were very informative. We used the water taxi to travel to the parks. Our experience was flawless.

I would like to say how great the pool staff Marquis was waiting on us. My friend and I was so tired and thirsty from walking all day that all we wanted was a drink by the pool. And Marquis said let me get you as server and instead he came back with our drinks. He was great. Thank you Sapphire Falls for hiring such a great staff member. I will be back for sure ??
