Everything was amazing. We ate at every one of their restaurants but our favorite was “el Mexicano”. Karen was fantastic the first time we ate there and two days later we chose to eat there again because of her and she remembered our names. She was so sweet along with all the staff at Fiesta Americana. We will definitely stay again.

Great Experience, Friendliest Staff I’ve ever had a pleasure of meeting. Thank you guys so much for the hospitality and the love. Also very helpful staff made sure that we were all taken care of and happy, I would like to shoutout Ramiro, Jaime, Hugo, and Jose there at the Mariscos restaurant, as well as Sergio, and Danaye for all their generosity and kindness. Can’t forget about my friend Israel serving the best sushi in all the western hemisphere.

Sergio, Giovanni, and Luis were the best server we could ask for ! sweet and amazing customer service! Very accommodating and we had the best time at the pool! Thank you for your hard work Sergio we appreciate you!! Definitely will come back and stay again!

We had an excellent experience during our stay at Fiesta Americana! The staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. A very special recognition goes to the inviting staff - Jaime, Karen, Ximena, Ramiro, Jovanei, Danae, and Diego - that treated us like family! Exceptional service, off-menu offerings, and custom desserts to help celebrate our 20th Anniversary are all thoughtful extras that made our Anniversary memorable! We visited Fiesta Americana during April of 2024 & it’s been the best experience & customer service you could dream of. For 5 days straight Sergio & his team took care of us & made sure our stay is nothing short of the best. From making sure we have a nice shady spot by the pool, to making sure we’re fed & hydrated, Sergio, Luis, & Giovani made our stay at Fiesta Americana a 10/10!
