    The Majestic Resorts never ceases to amaze! My husband and I have been to the Elegance twice (we had our wedding there), and this is our first time at the Mirage. The hospitality, cleanliness, fun, and beauty that this resort provides is always amazing. Our Butler Isaiah always made us feel like family and he made sure our stay was perfect; Our housekeeper, Adalgiza, was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. Emmanuel in the VIP lounge always greeted us with a smile and helped us out. And the amazing Juan Bernardo at the VIP pool area never failed to smile and we had the best conversations with him. The point is, all of the staff, makes you feel like family and you build such a wonderful relationship with them. This is a beautiful place with the most spectacular people! You just cant go wrong! There are memories that will last a lifetme; and Majestic Resorts is it! The food,the beauty, the people, the fun, the entertainment....it is all top notch. It is paradise with the most wonderful people you will ever experience! We already cannot wait to go back and see our family again <br> <br>

    My husband and I travel multiple times a year to various resorts. I have valued the inputs of the TA community and can hope this review helps future travelers. The resort is listed as 4.5 stars. After staying 6 days at this resort I can comfortably say that this is more like a 3-star resort. We are basing this on various factors outlined in our review. I want to call out that they closed the Majestic Elegance and moved those to our resort. I can say the resort was still at less than half capacity and service was slow. I would think they would go out of their way more with a guest shortage but was not that case. We booked this resort for our vow renewal (15 years!). We booked 3 rooms, one for ourselves in the mirage club and two additional roles in the family club for our adult children and their families. After 4 days in we quickly regretted our stay and wish we would’ve just went to Mexico. Wedding Services: Ruth was our onsite Wedding Coordinator and was AMAZING. We had issues with our butler, and she stepped up and made sure the event was everything that we wished for. Food: This is the biggest complaint from our entire family (3 rooms). Room service is a joke and not their strength - Food was always cold. The last day we finally received a semi warm breakfast - They could not accurately take our order; we would ask for something and it would come incorrect or not at all. - Milk often came sour - Our son called the room service food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) upgraded prison food. It was equally poor with each meal we had. Fried food was often burnt. It was almost as if they wanted you to go to the restaurants! - One more we tried to get over easy (runny eggs). See the attached picture of our fried eggs! - Mini Bar- It is what it is, do not ask for substitutions as they won’t make them, its low end liquor and the fridge does not have juice! The only way my son could get juice for his toddlers, was to walk to the bar. They refused to even bring juice to the room. - We had a room service cabinet to store left over plates and dishes. This was often ignored for more than 24 hours (see the picture of our pile up) - Japanese Steak House gets a thumbs up. You can’t select what they cook, but the meal was good and we at their twice - Steak House: Thumbs up as well! - Buffet: was hit or miss for breakfast. The food was often cold and lack variety from day to day. Room: The room was fine, but COLD! The temperature could not get higher than 27 Celsius. All 3 rooms had to request extra blankets. The only way to not freeze was to open the doors, but then that let in bugs. - We had a slight Ant problem, sprayed one day, by day two they were back. At this point we had lost confidence in the resort - The cleaning service would take glasses and not provide replacements - Toilet paper seemed like a hot commodity, as they would not give us rolls when we were out. I had to call the butler to get assistance. - Bathtub- was never cleaned properly. Even after the maid would come, I would wipe my hands along it and they would come back with a pile of grime - Jacuzzi – If you stay in the family club you may get a half Jacuzzi. They are not as deep as the standard one and will disappoint you as they are not meant for adults! A 3 year old yes! - Our Jacuzzi had ants and since they couldn’t clean our tub, there was no way I was getting in the jacuzzi Butler: It started out promising, but then it would take him hours to reply and this was consistent with us and our son. It was so bad at one point that our wedding coordinator had to help with our dress steaming because we could not get a reply from him. This is especially shocking considering the resort was not at capacity. His service was not consistently great and was often hit or miss. Pool service: We spent time at the family pool. Not one time did a server come by and ask for drink orders. They do not bring food to the pool area. If you want to eat, needs to be in your room or at a restaurant. Family Pool was empty and kid friendly, it was very relaxing to be at. Pool chairs w/cushions: Gross and need of a desperate cleaning, this is at the kids zone as well. Beach Area: Good Drink Service! Kid Zone: No complaints! The team is amazing and made our granddaughter feel like she was one cloud nine. Thank you, Karina,!!! The have popcorn, ice cream, and multiple things to keep the young ones busy. Various Bars! No complaints! The servers were great, and drinks made to our liking. Moving Around the Resort: Walking to the Colonial is DARK! They closed the Elegance which is in the middle and don’t have it properly lit or staffed at night. Thus, this will golf cart you to the Casino area. The hallways in the mirage are not the best lit. In light of the event that happened this year, you would think they had better lighting and cameras. If you expect good service, food, then I would highly recommend looking at additional resorts. We had previously stayed at Iberostar Grand Bavaro and had a good experience

    3 years in a row we have came to Punta Cana. This is by far the best resort and all inclusive. Johnny our Butler, and Dayi our favorite bartender were top notch. These guys put you number 1. Great service! We will continue to come back! Already booked next years trip!

    On our stay we had the pleasure of coming across Eloy and Felix at the bar right outside the Mirage Club and next to the beach. These guys are amazing, super friendly, and passionate about their work! I highly recommend seeking them out for their knowledge, quick service, and drink-making ability. With big personalities, knowledge on American sports, and always with smiles on their faces, you can’t go wrong pulling up a chair and enjoying some drinks in their company!

    I gotta give it up for Eloy and Felix at the bar next to the mirage club. They have been providing my boyfriend and I with some exceptional service - great personalities and nice conversation. They have been making and suggesting some delicious drinks. I looove the coco loco and the strawberry daiquiri. Eloy even made us one of his signature drinks with blue curaçao!
