This place is paradise people so kind and helpful talk to Cesareo and Julio food is great drink so much fun trying always a chair available and activities to do. Highly recommend the Chic show it can’t be missed TRS makes you feel so special thank you TRS

The TRS hotel has been the best hotel we stayed in, it was like we was in paradise. The hotel is very clean to a high standard and if you need anything they will get it for you right away. The staffs are amazing, everyday they greet you with a smile and are always ready to service you. There are so many activities to do at the hotel so you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Food is all to a high standard. They have so many restaurants to choose from especially if you are not always keen on having a buffet style food. Our favourite has to be Halios which is facing the beach. They not only have buffet food but you can also order from the a la carte menu. A big shout out to Americo who was the best Bell boy during our stay. Also a massive shout out also to Miguel in the lobby who was so so friendly. You won’t regret your stay at the hotel.

Miguel in the lobby was awesome! The drivers were amazing taking us to the restaurants. Alana, Delores, and Jose were all amazing at the pool bars. All of the staff was so accommodating. We wish the ocean was a little less rough so we could swim more. Also my husband and I did the couples massage and it was excellent!

Amazing holiday. Great food and choice at the al a cate restaurants. Breakfast at Helios was always good. All restaurants were Easy to book with butler or on the app. Room was lovely and we especially liked being in 57 block that got the sun in the morning. We were not sure about tipping as from England and had read mixed reviews about it. We noted that many didn’t. We choose to as the service was fantastic but you never felt obligated to tip. We tipped 3 dollars per day to house keeping and 1 dollar for drink service was enough. The butler service was great and they were always on hand to sort out an issues. Thank you Emanuel, Manuel and Cindy who were really friendly and helpful. All entertainment was good and we enjoyed the chic cabaret night ( cost of $55 dollars each) Cons- lots of building work around Helios bar towards end of stay which was very noisy. And the new cooking stations at Helios could maybe cook for more than one person at a time!

3rd time a charm! TRS you never disappoint and that’s why we keep coming back! The food, drinks, room and beach are amazing but the best part of the trip was Butler Ray! He is outstanding. He catered to our every need and then some! Until next time ????????????
