Great resort with lots to do. At the fitness Center Victor is awesome for classes and the fitness Center is amazing. Cristal was very helpful at the courts and you can easily book multiple types of raquet sports and basketball times. Lots of fantastic spots for kids to play. Great pools and beautiful beach.

We absolutely love the tropical! Its our second time here and we will keep coming back time and time again for the place but also the people. The workers here care about you. Especially Noe Gomez, a server at the tropical. He is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. He is such a great server who ensures you are very well taken care of every time and he genuinely cares about you and your stay and we get that impression from everyone. Huge thank you to Barcelo for this amazing resort and huge thank you to Noe Gomez for making our trip special every single time! Already planning our next trip back!

There were no problems and the team for Entertainment were really good and sympatic (Julio, Mario, Luis, Nayeli, Jair). The food and drinks were available all of the time and everything was really clean, nothing to complain. I recommend the stay for other people.

It was my families first time to Mexico, a travel agent suggested we stay at this resort, and it was the best suggestion. The staff, rooms, and food were great and it is so beautiful. The beaches were clean and the pools were well maintained. It was a milestone birthday for my mom, and they went out of their way to make her feel special, they sang to her at breakfast, had a cake waiting in our room, and they sang to her again at supper time, and brought another dessert with Happy Birthday written on the plate. I would recommend this place to anyone, miss it already. :) Shout out to Cindy L. you were the bomb dot com for those birthday cake drinks, they were delicious.

Fantastic time as usual. 4th time to the resort. Very consistently great. Kids love it. Cristal and Nayeli were excellent poolside at keeping our kids active and happy. A la carts were delicious but you need to be selective. BBQ lunch is good.
