On-time service promise

For bookings made or changed, after May 31, 2018, we've removed the on-time service promise. We will continue to credit WestJet Rewards accounts with the on-time promise for flights flown until August 15, 2018.

You will automatically receive WestJet dollars compensation within 30 days of travel if:

  • You were on a Simplicity route between Toronto and Ottawa, Montreal or New York, LaGuardia and;
  • the flight was cancelled or delayed by more than 30 minutes and;
  • you are a WestJet Rewards member and;
  • your WestJet Rewards ID was on your booking

Please fill out the form below if:

  • you have not received this compensation 30 days after your flight was flown or;
  • you were a WestJet Rewards member at the time of travel but your WestJet Rewards ID was not on your booking.
